This is an impressive hotel with excellent facilities and service. Although it's a bit far from the commercial district, the hotel shuttle bus is very convenient. On our first day, our room was right next to the elevator and a bit noisy, but the hotel promptly arranged a suite further away from the elevator for us on the second day. Room service and breakfast were both good.

Parking fee charged ¥2000 is reasonable. We love the view in room and the big lobby. Staffs in the front desk and front door are polite and nice. We will stay in this hotel when we come to visit Osaka next time.

This is a hotel I've stayed at multiple times. I just completed another five-day stay. I really appreciate that the hotel always reserves the same room for me. As always, the service was excellent, and the breakfast each morning was delicious with very fresh ingredients, truly reflecting the high quality of a '御三家' (top-tier) establishment. I look forward to returning again soon.

The room was spotless, and the river-view room offered a stunning panorama, even in winter it was breathtaking. There are plenty of shops to explore nearby, along with many local eateries. You can sit downstairs, enjoy the scenery, and soak up the sun. I'm planning to return in the spring!

Location: 4.5/5 A bit out of the way, but there's a shuttle every 20 minutes from the Osaka train station, which is very convenient.

Common Areas: 5/5 I really love this kind of understated 'old money' aesthetic – not flashy, but full of character.

Room: 4/5 You can tell it's a bit older, but it has everything you need. The toiletries are from Pola, and the hot water pressure is excellent.

Service: 5/5 The service was impeccable, absolutely nothing to complain about. They even delivered the morning newspaper, which I enjoyed reading.

Breakfast: 4.5/5 Self-serve with a wide variety of options. The only minor drawback was that one of the hot dishes was a bit cold.

One small suggestion for improvement: The conditioner was very difficult to get out of the bottle.

Better than the reviews. Room was incredibly large and the beds so comfortable. Every items you would need were available in the bathroom. The view of the river was incredible. You can walk along the river path to the Castle. The free shuttle bus is very handy. The staff are amazing.

Pro: The staffs are incredibly helpful and polite. They went all the way out to help you out. Within 20mins walk, there is the famous tempa market - lots of foods options.
Con: the location is not convenient. Taxi is the best way to move around.

The Imperial is quite nice. It was the last few days of the Expo back then, so it was super crowded, and the price was a bit higher because of that. The view from the executive lounge was still pretty good. I don't speak Japanese or English, and it took a while to get breakfast delivered to the room. The service was still good though; you could ask the front desk to help call a taxi when you left. They even gave me a welcome gift on my first stay. When I went out, there was a doll on the bed, and when the housekeeper cleaned the room, she propped it up against the headboard for me, which was super cute ☺️. The view outside the room window was also good.

This was my second stay here. The service was excellent as always, and the room had a great view. The location is also very convenient, with a supermarket just a few minutes' walk away, which is super handy. Definitely great value for money, I highly recommend it!

No onsen , location is good but little odd for USJ or Expo.. only out is near to Oskar station .. as 5 star hotel , cost is little higher side without facilities like pool for kid and onsen .. floorcarpet is not cleaned.
