Nice room and facilities. Though, you have to call first for reservation if you prefer having dinner at the hotel restaurant.

The view from our room was amazing, and the food was absolutely delicious! ✨ The all-inclusive plan included all-you-can-eat pizza, zenzai, alcohol, soft drinks, and Ise udon, all of which was delicious!
Above all, the hospitality of each and every staff member was fantastic, and it was clear they wanted us to have a good time. 😊 Thank you so much! ✨

We visited in February.
We were a couple. First of all, the front desk staff were extremely helpful, even over the phone.
They were attentive to the small details and brimmed with hospitality.
The welcome drinks included beer and highballs, so we were treated to everything we could ask for.
Dinner was also impeccable.
They had a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, from sake to shochu, which we enjoyed with our meal.
However, my only regret was that when I made my reservation, I didn't realize that there were various meal courses available and ended up ordering the most standard one.
The person next to me was having a meal that included Matsusaka beef, which was a bit disappointing.
However, the all-you-can-eat rice and other items were fine, which was nice.
The staff were very considerate and we enjoyed our meal.
The large public bath wasn't very large, but the view was beautiful and the tatami mats made it easy to soak.
The view from the public bath and from our room was impeccable.
We'll definitely visit again if we have the opportunity.

We stayed with three generations.
The room was spacious and had a great view. It was well-cleaned and we were very satisfied.
The hot spring was average, but the open-air bath could have been a little bigger. The indoor and outdoor baths were small considering the number of rooms.
The pizza was absolutely delicious!
We also enjoyed the all-you-can-drink alcohol.
Breakfast was also satisfying!
However, the dinner meal was disappointing. The sashimi was dry and the portion was small. It was a casual kaiseki meal, so I have no choice but to accept it...
They left a steak coupon on the table, even though my son is in elementary school.
If they hadn't noticed, he would have had the same meal as a toddler. I was sad, as my son is also in elementary school.
My child had a great time in the kids' area, with manga, games, and table tennis.
It's unacceptable for a hotel geared towards children to neglect to check if their child is in elementary school.
What should have been a fun meal was ruined by my son's disappointment. I wish they had apologized to the child rather than to the parents.
If it hadn't been for this mistake, I think we would have had a fun trip.

We went to Ise Shima on a family trip. Before dinner, we went to the large public bath and found a jacuzzi installed on the balcony. The view of the ocean was beautiful and the jacuzzi was just the right temperature, which was great. My son, who is in middle school, had a great time. We were also given a welcome drink and freshly baked pizza, which made us feel very happy. For dinner, we enjoyed local seafood. This was also very delicious. The weather was bad, but that was also part of the charm. But I would like to return on a sunny day.

I'm glad I chose Sunperla Shima because I wanted to see the sea of ​​Shima. The view from the window was very nice. I was very impressed to see the sun coming out of the sea in the morning. The room was spacious and the ceiling was high, and the hotel staff treated me well, so I was able to relax and make some good memories. Riding on the second floor of the Kintetsu Bicester car for the first time was one of my fond memories, but next time I want to go to Ise Jingu and Matsusaka, I think I'll use my own car.

In particular, the rice was very sweet, fragrant, and delicious, and the *grilled food that was cooked right in front of me in the morning was wonderfully delicious. In addition to the toilet, the room also had a large indoor bath where you could relax. However, the blowfish tempura that came out for dinner had so many bones in it that I almost choked on it, so I would have appreciated it if someone had told me there were bones when it was served, or if they had removed the bones. Also, I don't mind preparing the futons for the Japanese-style room myself, but I think it would be more helpful if the information was written on the homepage in advance. If that was the case, I would have chosen a Western-style room.
