Great value for money, highly recommended! It's just a few minutes' walk from the subway station. There's also a large supermarket right next to the hotel, which is amazing! You can get super fresh beef, salmon, and more... The room is small but has everything you need! Especially the bathroom, which is quite spacious! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Osaka!

The hotel's location is excellent and easy to find, making transportation incredibly convenient. The room was clean and tidy, with good natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very restful sleep. All the facilities were well-maintained and fully functional; the hot water was consistent, and the soundproofing was effective. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, handling check-in and check-out efficiently. Overall, I had a very satisfying experience and found it to be great value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

The hotel is clean and the location is pretty convenient, just minutes away from the nearest station - Nishi nagahori line.

However, I think it’s pretty weird that you are only entitled for 2 500ml water bottles for one night. Would suggest that they install a tap at the lobby so that all guests can refill whenever.

Overall a good stay for its price!

The whole experience is very comfortable and clean. The staff is very kind. It is also comfortable to sleep peacefully on a business trip alone.

It's a very normal hotel. They won't give you extra amenities and no cotton buds were provided. They would charge for your toothbrush and razors and you would only get 1 pair of slippers throughout the whole stay. The location wise is good but I think it's better to look for something else within the area.

The towels aren't too clean as well, I would often find hair in them.

Fluent English communication. Clean. Just a 5-minute walk from the metro station, the location is very convenient! The hotel has a restaurant, and there's a supermarket nearby, so shopping and dining are both very easy. Service: Room cleaning every day.

Very satisfied! The sun shining through the window was so warm. There's a supermarket downstairs with a good selection of items, and a 7-Eleven nearby which is really convenient. It's also pretty close to the subway. I'll definitely come back next time!

Stayed here for the Lady Gaga concert in Osaka. The hotel is super close to the venue, just one subway stop away. The room was decent, big enough to open up my suitcase, and they offered luggage storage which was a plus.

Environment: Compared to back home, the space is definitely a lot smaller. I mean, the bathroom is almost as big as the two twin beds in the room!
Hygiene: Very clean, it gets tidied up daily 🧹 and the trash is taken out 🗑️.
Facilities: It has everything you need. Of course, toothbrushes and toothpaste in Japan usually cost extra...
Service: The breakfast leans more Western, but it's good...
