We had breakfast and we were not impressed, food wasn’t amazing, very crowded, I would recommend going to a coffee shop around the hotel or get some combino sandwiches and eat in your room.
In the afternoon there is all you can drink of coffee and tea and some munchies and at night some drinks ! That was nice.
If you are looking for luxury it’s not . Also for being a family friendly hotel, there is no private onsens so the family has to separate.
We’ve been to better hotels in the area so I recommend check other hotels.
The room is noisy from early in the morning, given that there many children are already up and perhaps active in their room. I had a poor sleep.
The onsen facilities was nice and kids friendly. They even provide children bath tub and foam cleanser.
The floor of the room was stained and the amenities were sparse. I wondered if the room was properly cleaned, and I felt uncomfortable sleeping on the futon.
I will never go there again.
