Got free shuttle bus to Disney. But the laundry dryer is too weak my clothes cannot dry after 1hr. Not recommend to use their coin laundry. Compare to price staying here is cheaper than in Disney. Good thing is beside their hotel got airport limo bus stop. Which is convienence.
Very good hotel. Comfort stay experience Highly recommendable and definitely re-visitable hotel in the future
This was the biggest room I've stayed in Tokyo, and it was also convenient for getting to Disney with their shuttle service. However, getting to and from the city center was a bit of a hassle because it's quite far from the subway station. Also, over two days, I asked several different front desk staff multiple times how to get to Haneda Airport. They all just gave me the shuttle schedule and told...
Comfort Suites Tokyo Bay offers a great experience during our trip to Tokyo Disney Land. Hotel provides shuttle bus service to Tokyo Disney Land which is very convenient. Hotel staffs are very friendly and willing to provide a service. The room is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good and also has kid friendly zone as well. There is a minimart, Lawson, nearby which can be directly access...
Lovely hotel welcoming with complimentary drinks 24hrs. Next to Lawson conveni stall and provide free shuttle bus to/fro Disneyland/sea. 10mins walk to bigger suppermarkets and eateries. Room space is better compared to normal Japan hotel room size considering 2 double bed although we have only 2 person. Am happy with the 3nighrs stay given above and washing machine reasonable charge at 300jpy and...
The room was clean and tidy, with new and spacious facilities. The breakfast was plentiful, and both my child and I were very satisfied. The hotel's environment is excellent; there's a park just across the road, and it's close to Tokyo Bay with nice views. The hotel offers a free daily shuttle service to and from Disney, making it convenient to visit both Disney parks. There's also a Lawson convenience...

Little gem in Tokyo. The location is great and we did not except such a luxurious hotel for that low amount of money we spent. It was just a getaway but turned out to be a solid premium experience. Rooms are well decorated, quiet, solid and comfortable. Including enough water for coffee/tea, amenities and nice shower. Also good view. We enjoyed it.
My 2 month stay at the Akasaka Yoko Hotel was amazing. The entire staff are extremely well mannered and they make it their duty for you to enjoy your stay. However Rabin Thakuri (who I would now call a good friend) went beyond his duties to make me feel at home during my long stay. A genuinely great guy, that made my stay in Japan and at the Akasaka Hotel that much better. This is my 3rd time being...
An older hotel but on the more spacious side for a business hotel plus my room had unusually high ceilings. Try to avoid rooms ending in 18 as the hotel is in a L shape and you can look directly into the neighboring room. I stayed in an older non-renovated room which was designated as non-smoking but this definitely was a smoking room previously... if you are sensitive you will smell cigarette smoke...
The room I stayed was very old and the carpet was full of dust.
Its a very small room fir 3 people. Its close to a subway. You need to take a US$30 bus trip to another hotel and then walk to the hotel. A taxi ride is U$250 so nothing is cheap. I do not think it is value for money as the bedroom is in the living room and no bigger than a normak bedroom. Almost zero storgae in your room and no english channels. The internet is good if that helps. Food areas areas...
Courteous and professional staff. Great location near bars and restaurants (gotta try the curry shop down the street). Couldn’t stand up all the way in the shower...but that made it more fun?

Very clean hotel with friendly staff, location is in the neighbourhood area where you get to see the local shops and residence apartments. Loved our stay here.
As a family of four, we opted for this apartment hotel for the location and the availability of beds for 4. Two single beds provided and a bunk/sofa bed. The top is a bed that’s already set up . However the sofa bed needs to be set up ourselves which I found quite inconvenient, given we already paid and specified for four guests. Why can’t the bed be set up in advance? Amenities in general is good...
Facilities: Great, with many convenient amenities. Hygiene: Overall very clean and easy to maintain. Environment: There's a large hospital nearby, so the surroundings are quiet. The location is easy to find using navigation. Service: Good service.
Excellent place for our 5 days Tokyo trip, convenience, access to major locations, environment. Room was comfortable and cozy enough to enable quality of rest after long day trip. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to 2 Korean staffs, going extra mile for our needs. Will definitely revisit next Tokyo trip!
Very bad sound proof. Facility is old and mattress is dirty. Bathtub cover comes off. Kids running upstairs all night and staff did not do anything about it so I was sleepless for entire night.
The room exceeded my expectations. For Japan, it was incredibly spacious, and the location was excellent, very close to Ginza. The subway station was within walking distance, and there were plenty of great restaurants nearby.

We are a family of four (two adults, two children) and stayed at the hotel for five nights. The hotel's location is extremely convenient, just a five-minute walk from exit A5 or A6 of Daimon subway station. It's about a fifteen-minute walk to Tokyo Tower, and Shiba Park is right at the base of Tokyo Tower. There are many restaurants nearby, most of which require reservations. At the intersection downstairs...
Great for families. Spacious room with bunk bed and two single beds. Includes all appliances washing machine ,microwave, kitchenware.
Nice location and smile services,Communication accessibility!
Perfect for families, offering ample space and an excellent location. Tokyo Tower is very close, and Shiba Park is within easy walking distance. Ginza is also surprisingly walkable, with Don Quijote and Matsumoto Kiyoshi conveniently located en route. The surrounding area is incredibly lively, packed with convenience stores (FamilyMart, 7-Eleven, Lawson), various fast-food options like Matsuya and...
The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and spoke Chinese. They were very helpful, providing many useful amenities, including bottled water at a very affordable price. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable, equipped with a kitchen and a washing machine. For getting around, we primarily used Daimon Station, which was convenient and not overly crowded. It's also just a very convenient...
This accommodation is ideal for families. The bathroom is utterly pristine. The washer and dryer function flawlessly, allowing us to do laundry every day! I really appreciate the dining table; it's excellent, especially since we bought so many snacks from Lawson and Family Mart. The train station is approximately a 5-7 minute walk away, and JR station is roughly 10 minutes on foot. All in all, I believe...

It was pretty nice. Really enjoyed my stay. Close to train station, very mild noise, nice staff. Would definitely recommend.
Overall, it's pretty good. It's conveniently located, and there are good food options nearby. Pretty nice.
The unit is spacious and clean. Unfortunately the washing machine kept giving E04 message. The surrounding has everything, from decent restaurants like gyoza, tonkatsu etc, and massage chairs after a long walk, to craft shops like beads. Even have a Yamamoto shop to arrange luggage delivery just across the street. And many supermarkets nearby. Subway and JR train stations are within mins walk...
The location is excellent, close to everything. It's just one stop from Akita Station, and the subway entrance is only about 100-200 meters away. The room is quite spacious. Besides the two single beds, there's an additional tatami room where you can lay out futons for two more people. The futons, blankets, and pillows for the tatami room are all stored in the closet. It's very convenient. There...
📍 **Location & Transportation**: Super convenient! It's just a short walk from Exit A2 of Toei Asakusa Station – head straight, turn right at the first intersection, and you're there. Plus, there's a 24-hour supermarket right across the street, which is incredibly handy for groceries. 🏠 **Room Amenities**: The room is well-equipped with a washing machine, electric stove, oven, refrigerator, and a...
This was my first time booking a serviced apartment, and it was perfect for our family of three for seven days. The room was spacious, and the kitchen was well-equipped with a microwave, toaster oven, induction cooktop, and even a rice cooker. There were also some basic pots, pans, and dishes, plus a large refrigerator, which made it super convenient to buy groceries and cook our own breakfast and...

it's in the quieter side of shinjuku which is what I like.
Convenient location, quiet, and clean. Highly recommend!
Could be hard to find if you use google map because it took you to the wrong road. Stick with the main road instead but overall very convenient to go to a train station
Located in a quiet area away from the crowds of downtown Shinjuku but accessible via a short walk nonetheless. Cosy and charming stay!
Small room but good access anywhere in the city, Nearby convenience store, Indian, Chinese and Koriqn restaurant located 10 Minutes walkable distance to Shinjuku area.
Great location, but the traffic noise from the street can be a bit loud.

Very comfortable. All new facilities. Compact and nice kitchenette facilities. Love the toilet! Room was lovely set out. Compact. Being near Rail line was not an issue with sound. 2 minute walk to Okubo Station which is one station from Shinjuku Station.
staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Their office hours finished at 9pm however due to our late flight they arranged for someone to remain at the desk until 11pm. I had asked about laundry facilities prior to arriving and they provided me a print out on arrival with three nearby locations and a QR code for their location on a map. Definitely went above and beyond. The room was spacious...

Absolutely fantastic. Such a great concept. Rooms curated by artists. As a guest you get to stay in the exhibition. And all in the middle of Akihabara. My room was dark and demonic. I slept underneath the watchful gaze of Raijin and Fujin. I've got to go back and can't wait to see what the next concept is.
Fun place, friendly, nice room. Unconventional. A bit expensive.
This place is super cool. It is centrally located in Akihabara only a few minutes walk to the train station. Our room was enormous and outfit like an Airbnb but way better. There was a kitchenette, where they kindly washed any cups we used overnight and supplied tea and coffee. The shower was one of the best I have had (great water pressure)There was a convenient and efficient laundry and the beds...
Great place for family travellers with spacious room and bathroom with washing machine, and little kitchen (frying pan, pot, etc)! Really satisfied!
Excellent art hotel with some of the most spacious rooms I’ve seen in Tokyo for the price point. The attention to detail is readily apparent as soon as you step into the room - from the placement of the pieces of furniture to the beautifully creative art on the walls drawn by rising local artists. What really sets this place apart in my opinion is the co-working space that serves as the front desk...

The room was not ideal. The walls were quite dirty, and the water pipes were very loud. It was also difficult to sleep due to dripping noises throughout the night. And the breakfast offered is just toast, some butter, and jam...
Booked a double room with a friend. The bedroom had no overhead light, just a desk lamp, and the space between the bed and the desk was so narrow you could only walk sideways. We had already anticipated the room would be small, so this was acceptable. This was my first time in Japan, and I chose this place. There's an elevator, the room was very clean, and the location is good. There's a convenience...
room is small which I was aware but they should not charge anything so called “ breakfast" as the things you can see at the breakfast is not really breakfast but some toast with coffee ... location is good but the room and other conditions are bit too much worse than other alternatives ..
It was a good place to stay, convenient, near hatagawa station.
The location is excellent, close to Nippori Station. The hotel is small but comfortable, with a tea bar and coffee available. Communication in Chinese was seamless, and they enthusiastically provided all sorts of travel and sightseeing information. It's a shame I only booked one night; I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Tokyo.
room is decent size for Tokyo. However many things lacking compared to other similar hotels I stayed in especially for price paid. Staff attitude is very nonchalant and he just do the bare minimum. He gives better service to white/non Asian looking ppl and it’s so tiring to see that in 2025. He needs to be sent on retraining. Only good thing here is the location. I will give it 2/5.

The best hotel experience in my life. 100% will come again! ありがとうございます!
Room was clean and spacious bed were soft metro stations are near
Easy self check in using the tablet in the lobby. Room has a distinct smell when you enter. Nearest station is 5 min walk. It is situated in a relatively quiet neighborhoodo
Nice location and room space are decent and have a living room and kitchen, parking outside also cheap.
The place is very nice, clean and cozy. The room is quite wide for my family of 5 it's more than enough and comfort. It's near Mikawashima st so it's easy to explore tokyo. We sure will stay there again in our next visit.

This was my first experience at a capsule inn and enjoyed the accommodations. There is also a restaurant here and can put it on your tab in the end. Authentic experience while in Tokyo.
Worth to stay there .. food is delicious.. room is Japanese style and #jakuzzi sauna steam all included..
Great experience. I was there with friends to relax and enjoy some traditional sento (hot springs). The staff knows English and the explain everything very good. You walk around there with the clothing they give you. The beds are also comfortable and you even have a television in your cabin. The spa provides you shampoo and everything when you go into the hot spring.
Very close to JR Okachimachi station and Ameyoko is just across the street! There are many ramen shops and restaurants, too, near by this hotel. While staying here in the log cabin deluxe (4200yen/a night), I really enjoyed a big public onsen bath and sauna. Towels are always available near the front desk so that you can go to bath as many times as you wish to go. Locker was very small and narrow...

Most hipster Japanese hotel I have stayed in. The hotel is a converted apartment building tucked away in skinny lane ways in the back of busy Shinjuku. Each room is appointed with antique furniture. Sure they are a little rough around the edges but I felt very comfortable during our stay. The receptionist was a sweet heart and great to talk with.
Great place. Good location. Rooms are smaller but really well set up
Cute, and very good location - however the rooms are very small! The staff are very helpful too.
Relatively inexpensive for the area, but very basic hotel. The idea is to make it seem like an apartment rather than a hotel with rudimentary cooking equipment available. However given you are in Shinjuku you are pretty unlikely to watch to cook something rather than just go and buy food. Rooms are small and do have a Japanese apartment feel to them (which unfortunately means thin walls and single...
