APA Hotel Yamanote Otsuka Ekimae Tower, Tokyo1 / 22Offer
8.5
Tokyo, 3-31-10, Minami Otsuka (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The room was surprisingly quite small, didn’t expect such a size. Although for this price and its location in Tokyo, it’s expected. Clean stay and good service
Good location, clean rooms, hot showers, fresh towels daily, wonderful breakfast. I would stay here again.
It was great that there was a hot spring. It helped me to relieve my fatigue and regain my energy for the next day.
Breakfast in the café was only good for those who enjoy fish and Coffee ø, the western style was terrible as in most Japanese hotels, but there are a lots of good caffees in the area that gives you an better offer
I stayed for three nights, but the pillowcases and bedding were not changed for three days. I would have preferred new ones even for consecutive nights. The Apa President Curry was quite delicious
Great stay at APA Hotel Yamanote Otsuka Ekimae Tower. Clean rooms, friendly service, and an excellent location near the station. Rooms are small . Good value for Tokyo — I would stay again.

8.4
Tokyo, 1-8-1 Ebisu, Shibuya-ku (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The front desk staff are all very enthusiastic and friendly, and they speak English. Fresh towels, toothbrushes, and other toiletries are provided daily. The male and female dorms and shower areas are on separate floors
You need a key to enter the female dorm and shower areas, so safety and privacy are well-maintained. You have to leave the hostel every day from 11 AM to 3 PM, which is quite inconvenient
As with most hostels, a good night's sleep is hard to guarantee. You can hear the sound of luggage being wheeled around from morning till night
You can store your luggage in the storage room on each floor, but it's a bit small, so you can't open your suitcase there. Other than that, everything else was quite satisfactory
I liked that each capsule had a curtain that could be pulled down and that there were sauna facilities. It would have been great if I could have rented a charger.
Situated at Shibuya Ebisu, 3 minutes walk from Shibuya Ebisu station then take west exit. Their staff's very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this capsule hotel for backpackers or budget traveler

Tokyo, 2-9-7, Sugamo, Toshima-ku (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Loved this place so much that we are staying here again during our next scheduled trip! Staff is very friendly and helpful! Rooms are clean and the laundry available is super awesome! Very close to a lot of convenient stores and the JR line
Bathroom very nice and also has indoor and outdoor onsen on the top floor. Great location only 1 minute walk away from subway and 5 minute walk away from JR sugamo station. Very easy to get to shinjuku and shibuya
The onsen on the 14th floor was so relaxing! The location was also really great, not too busy but with enough restaurants and shopping nearby. The best part of our stay was the hotel staff
Had an amazing stay at this hotel, probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at in my life! Everything was so spotless and clean. The amenities included where great also
My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this APA hotel for 6 days. The room was small but enough, bed was comfortable and the shower was just right
So I veiw my vacations as exploration mini adventures, so I try to be in the room as little a possible. Location is right by the train station which is the number one reason i choosea hotel

Tokyo, 2-11-18 Higashikojiya, Ota-ku (15 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Check-in late from airport after midnight. The check-in process was overall smooth, though we were greeted by few automated robot. The free shuttle bus was really punctual. was small but good enough for us to rest well
After communicating with the staff for over half an hour, we finally realized there was someone with the exact same name as me who had also booked a room for that day. Before this, I had also contacted Trip
The room is spacious and very comfortable. The hotel features a robot receptionist, which was a fun and unique experience—especially for kids, who were really excited about it
It’s a great place for families, with books available for children to enjoy. The hotel also provides an airport shuttle service, which makes traveling much more convenient
The space isn't very large; it's a bit difficult to open two large suitcases fully. However, this place is great for people catching a flight as it's close to the airport
Anyway, we eventually managed to check in, but the room type wasn't what I had originally booked, which wasted some time. The hotel's facilities are all pretty good

APA Hotel Asakusa Tawaramachi Ekimae, Tokyo1 / 30
8.9
Tokyo, Nishia Asakusa 1-2-3, Taito-ku (6 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Considering the cost and the city, I found it reasonable and acceptable. Although compact, the room is well designed and efficiently laid out, with everything needed for a comfortable stay
Location great right near station entry for ginza line. Service is friendly place is clean and well presented. Rooms are compact but cosy and comfortable. Check in is done via a machine due to reno
The cleanliness and organization of the hotel also reflect APA’s consistent standards. The staff provided polite and professional service, making the stay smooth and stress-free
Nice hotel in Asakusa, located in a nice neighbourhood, very close to various grocery stores. The hotel rooms have a private fridge and airconditioning.
The room is indeed quite small, but this is something to be expected at this price point in Tokyo, especially in such a convenient and central location
Towels done daily and housekeeping. Amenities in room are great also. We got two rooms for 4 people side by side though it is never guaranteed

Tokyo, Kotobuki 3-19-8, Tayto, 111-0042 Tokio, Yaponiya (6 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The room was a bit small, and all the bath amenities were POLA. Luggage storage is on the second floor, with both passcode and keycard options. The smoking room is also on the second floor of the building
Very convenient stay with automatic check-in. There are lockers available for luggage storage, which is really helpful. The room is spacious enough to fit two 28inch suitcases comfortably
It was a great experience staying here at Henn na Hotel Premier Asakusa Tawaramachi. Very accessible to different restaurants, shopping centers specially donki and also to transpo like the train
The location is fantastic, very close to Tabata-machi subway station, and Asakusa Station is just about a 10-minute walk away. You can also get to both major airports directly from Asakusa Station without any transfers.
Short walk to nearest train station. Check in and out were easy using the automated machines. The staff could communicate well in English and were attentive to our needs 👍
Love staying here! Also it was a great choice because there’s a conbini store (family mart beside and 7/11 across the street)

Keio Presso Inn Hamamatsucho Hotel, Tokyo1 / 19
8.5
Tokyo, 1-1-26 Shiba Daimon, Minato-ku (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Sometimes it was difficult to communicate with the personnel in English, that was a minor problem though.
My stay here was fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around, and the room was spotless, well-equipped, and had a comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep
The front desk staff were warm and professional, always quick to help with any issues, which made me feel right at home. I'll definitely choose this place again if I have the chance and will recommend it to my friends! 👍
If you gonna ride yamanote line to Shinjuku or Shibuya, it will take around 10minutes walk to the station ( 1km ) but if you take the subway, there are 2 stations nearby which are so accessible to many tourist attractions like Ginza, Asakusa
One more, if you are going to take Shinkansen to Kyoto or Osaka, you can hop on Yamanote line to Shinagawa Station. That was so easy and not hectic. If you don’t mind the smaller room, I think it worth ur money
I could clearly hear noises from the adjacent rooms, whether it was snoring from the guests across the hall or staff cleaning rooms. However, for a hotel of this caliber, you're looking for value for money

8.8
Tokyo, 5-3-3, Sotokanda, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo-to, Japan, Tiyoda, 101-0021 Tokio, Yaponiya (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Cons : no air conditioning in winter. The control was difficult to set down the Rm. U can order hotel breakfast, but we usually tried all the cafe that closed to the hotel 🏨. There were many restaurants around the hotel
Famous hotel nowadays, small room size but comfortable. We choose the hotel just between Ueno &Akihabara. Ten minutes walking to Subway station. Pillow was too low but toilet was well facilitated
Bathtubs are poorly cleaned and sometimes full of dirt. I think most APA hotels in Tokyo are like this. I have stayed here many times and used all types of singles, doubles and deluxe twins
I came here four times and I've changed my rooms twice, it's because I have sleeping problems, so if the room faces the road it will be a little noisy for me even in the 6th floor
Between two metro stations on the Ginza line for Shibuya and Asakusa. An easy walk from Keisei from Narita but if you have suitcases then probably a four minute taxi ride. Lots of food options and easily walkable to Ueno
But the hotel is really willing to help me change my room once I request. And the location is really convenient

Anshin Oyado Shinjuku - Caters to Men, Tokyo1 / 30High rating
9.2
Tokyo, 4-2-10 Shinjuku (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Very interesting stay at Anshin Oyado Shinjuku capsule hotel. I really enjoyed the complementary food and beverages during my stay. I have always wanted to stay at a capsule hotel and this place did not disappoint
The pods were clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel for solo travelers with an adventurous bone
They offer complimentary breakfast, curry rice for dinner, ramen, and all-you-can-drink alcohol, coffee, and other beverages. Of course, the food at outside restaurants is more varied and tastier
Best place for Solo travellers, even with friends. I am extremely grateful to have experienced the public bath and artificial hot spring that made me feel in love more into Japan’s culture
Love this place - my go-to in Tokyo. Love the atmosphere and the provisions. Has good laundry facilities, and the location is excellent for access to Shinjuku station, shopping, and bars
This hotel was mostly satisfactory, even though it was a bit pricier than similar accommodations, likely due to its prime location right off a bustling street in Shinjuku

Tokyo, Omorihoncho 1-2-10 (12 km from centre) 🧭 Map
There are convenience stores and eateries nearby, which made it very convenient. Overall, I think it’s a great place to stay if you want something affordable, clean, and well-located in Tokyo
Tmark City Hotel Omori Tokyo is fantastic! ✨ It's just a 1-minute walk from Omorikaigan Station, making it super convenient for Haneda Airport and Shinagawa
There aren't many dining options in the immediate area, but it's perfect for a layover. I appreciate that, unlike some places, the front desk didn't ask for a good review, which I've never encountered in Japan before
The hotel is clean and the service is excellent. Its location right next to the subway entrance is incredibly convenient. It's a great choice for business trips. I stay here every year when I'm in town for work.
The location was great and the staff members speak decent English to assist, even offered me with an umbrella when they noticed I’m about to walk out in the rain, shows they cared and high level of service
Right outside the hotel, you'll find Omorikaigan Station and a convenience store, which is incredibly convenient. The rooms are Japanese-style and small, but they are spotlessly clean and well-maintained

Wonderful! Nice, clean, atmospheric place to relax when you've been running around Tokyo all day/night! Everything is clean and new, a good use of space especially with the storage space under the bed! Huge TV in case that matters, the shower is huge! Tiny sink space but honestly not a big deal when you've got a top tier shower and toilet
I really fall in love with this hotel and surroundings. It is quite near the temple and the station is 10-15 minutes walk. There are also a lot of cafes near there and combinies
The hotel also provides complimentary snacks and a light breakfast, which is a nice touch and adds to the overall experience. Overall, it was an enjoyable and comfortable stay
The self-service check-in and check-out process is super convenient, and they offer luggage storage, a comfortable lounge area, and even a laundry room – truly everything you could need!
” 🎌 Check-in was super easy because they have self check-in kiosks, so the process was quick and hassle-free. The room is small (pretty typical for Tokyo), but it’s comfortable, clean, and well designed
Fantastic experience! The hotel service was excellent and the front desk staff were very friendly. It's super convenient as Senso-ji Temple is within walking distance

I was traveling alone, but it was very clean and had a bathtub, so it was very comfortable. I think it would be difficult for two people. There seemed to be very little space to open the suitcase.
Amazing, fast check in, nice receptionist. The room is great for one person and it might look small but it offers everything you’ll need. Location is great also!
Overall it's okay, convenient, close to the train station, complete facilities in the room.
A great hotel, a little tiny but well designed. Everything we need in a compact space, even a round bathtube is available, a great view on the city. And a personal really helpful and professional
Only 2 minutes away from Nippori station. Close and well connected to Narita airport. Very reasonably priced, nice room, soft bed. The staff was extremely considerate and helpful

Tokyo, 1-2-24 Yokoami, Sumida-ku (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
It's only one stop away from Akihabara, and even when I came back late at night, there were 24-hour chain restaurants nearby for food
Close to Ryogoku station yellow line. Can see Tokyo sky tree from the hotel. Recommends for travel who are looking for budget friendly and great location
The room isn't huge, but it's well-equipped. The price was quite reasonable, especially considering it was close to New Year's. The hotel is right across from the train station, making transportation super convenient
My favorite hotel in Tokyo. Good price for a simple stay. Nothing special but overall very good. Love their bathrooms classic short and deep tubs.
A business hotel located in front of the station. The room size, bathroom, and everything else were just right and comfortable.
Everything was great, but it's a bit too close to the subway, and the 'morning call' (from the subway) was a fixed feature.

Highlights: There's a FamilyMart downstairs and a Lawson within a two-minute walk. Plus, there's a great coffee shop just around the corner
Excellent location and affordable price. It's within walking distance to areas like Tokyo Station and Nihonbashi
Location: Right by the subway station, not far from Ginza or Shinjuku

Room is spacious for a family of 3! Location is great. A lot of cheap and good restaurant nearby. Staffs are so helpful and friendly. The room is a lil bit old but not a problem for us since they keep it clean
The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Ikebukuro East Exit. The rooms are clean and cozy, and the breakfast is absolutely fantastic with a wide variety of fresh, authentic Japanese dishes.
Really in a convenient location with the usual Family, 7-11 and Lawson marts within 1min walk. Room size is similar to many of the local hotels. local spread with some western usuals cooked in familiar Japanese style
The hotel is clean, very friendly receptionist (monolingual- but really attempts to help through Ai & Google Translate). However, when I booked here at Trip
I've stayed here many times, and it's always my first choice when I come to Tokyo. It's incredibly friendly for anime fans, very convenient for stores like Animate, K-BOOKS, and Comic Toranoana

It’s was a good location close to lost of convenience stores, Starbucks other coffee shops and eating places and shopping places. The stations were close by about five to six minutes walking so getting around was easy
It was clean and they replaced towels everyday if you’re saying multiple nights (which I did). Another thing if you’re planning to stay be sure to have your day planned out starting early
Super clean, though I guess that's a common characteristic of Japanese hotels. Very quiet with great soundproofing. There's only one elevator and no stairs, so you often have to wait a while
The location though surrounded by bars which was one of my concerns during the night one of the cons of staying due to being a solo female traveler
But despite that it was street were well lit so it wasn’t too horrible walking back to the hotel. But I would still be mindful about the hours as I’m not someone who stays out late into the night
But the convenience stores are close by so you can pop out to get something to eat and come back or head to the parks that are near by. But overall my stay was fine the location was good for me and it was affordable too

On the 4th floor there are washers/dryers, an ice machine, and a microwave. You can check the status of the washer and dryer on the TV in the hotel room. While the hotel was a bit dusty, there were no issues I had
They deliver luggage on the SAME DAY. Just to make sure you understand, they have SAME DAY delivery. I had my luggage sent from the hotel to Haneda Airport before my flight so I could do some more sightseeing
Connected to the hotel is a Royal Host which I had a nice breakfast at. The second floor is the lobby which has an assortment of amenities (washcloth, razor, q-tips, etc) to choose from if you need it
It’s great after being on your feet all day. Be aware the hotel has central heating and cooling. The staff were nice and helpful. They offer a breakfast (must pay for) with a good variety of foods
Loved this hotel so much. Convenient spot with a Don Quijote, McDonalds & a seven eleven all opposite it. Nice staff and the most peaceful train station sleep sounds. The pajamas were nice too :)
Luggage must be taken to the front desk by 9AM the day of pickup. You can also send luggage from one hotel to another so keep that in mind. Overall I had a great trip and the hotel met my needs

New type of Toyoko Inn. Like the white sheets and new type of United bathroom. The staff of front desk and the cook ladies in the morning were very friendly and kind. Comparing to the price, it’s highly recommended
