Great hotel to stay at while visiting Tokyo Disneyland. Cheaper than the official Disneyland hotel but still conveniently located in the resort precinct. Family friendly hotel with a classy old world charm

Fantastic hotel, super friendly and helpful staff. Was an absolutely fantastic experience and right across the street from the bayside Disney monorail stop (5 min walk)

I was there with my family, party of 5. The hotel is super well located, if you want to go to Disney. Right in front of the train station, and the shuttle service is also well organized

The check-in was incredibly easy, and the checkout was a simple drop off of the cardboard scan keys. All the staff were kind and helpful, especially the ones who help me ship my luggage home

Breakfast has a lot of different thing to choose from. The rooms are a little bit old, no so dramatic, but is not quite modern. I would be staying there again

Sometimes I have a problem getting ice at a hotel, but this was super easy. You just call downstairs and they deliver it super fast

Excellent location (relative to public transit), relatively new and clean with excellent spa in the basement, but more cramped than your average business hotel with inadequate soundproofing and no in-room shower

For better or for worse, 6000ish yen/night on a weekday (Sept. 2017) means "you get what you pay for"

There is a kettle in the room to make a complimentary tea or coffee and a hair dryer is also provided. The rooms are clean and modern as well and the friendly and helpful staff speak English quite well

Brilliant location literally a minute walk to the heart of Shinjuku. The hotel is very clean, but tiny by western standards. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good food choice and quality

7-10 min walk to train station, bars and restaurants galore on your doorstep and within a 10 min walk. The room I stayed in was extremely clean, the shower had great pressure, and it was more than comfortable to stay in

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They provided advice and guidance. general amenities were excellent eg they could provide me with an adapter to borrow, iron and ironing board etc

Toiletries are also provided for you in the form of a hair brush, razer and a tooth brush as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash

Our stay at the Tokyo Bay Oriental Hotel was absolutely fantastic – it truly felt like the perfect base for our Disneyland trip! As an official Disney partner hotel, their free shuttle service was incredibly convenient

The location is very convenient. It is just a short walk from the shin uruyasu station. The shuttle buses to both Disneyland and Disneysea are very frequent. They have a welcome lounge for the hotel guests

Shuttles ran frequently, saving us the hassle of navigating complicated subway transfers. We just hopped on right outside the hotel, and in about 15 minutes, we were directly at the park gates

The shuttle bus is super reliable every 10 mins. Please do get the hotel breakfast too. It’s so yummy with variety of spread. The quality is amazing beyond words! The room is big as well

The hotel's location is also superb, right next to an AEON supermarket, which was a lifesaver for us tourists. The supermarket had an amazing selection of groceries and snacks

Great value for the money, nice location, plenty of amenities such as fridge, kettle, full spread of toiletries, tea and coffee packets in the room and coin laundry in the hotel

Also, they provide baggage forwarding services courtesy of Yamato transport. Only downside is the room size, but even being on the bigger side, we made it work quite well

Location is great Just a short walk from Sengakuji station. Room and bed was quite small. No room cleaning even we stayed for 3 nights. Breakfast is good. Front service is quite good.

Moreover, I thought the rule prohibiting foreigners with tattoos going to onsen was removed in main cities, but no. That's a pure discrimination as obviously I am not a Yakusa

4A, so it was useful for quick charging of smartphones and charging of tablets. There was a permanent air purifier with a humidifying function in the room, and I was able to spend it comfortably

This time I will challenge the application check-in. I couldn't do it well last night At APA Hotel Try as you told me. I did it, one success! !! Non-contact and smooth check-in without lining up

The reception at the front desk was also refreshing. What was particularly good was that the room I stayed in had 4 locations and many outlets just for USB charging, so it was very easy to use

It was very easy to use because there were many USB and outlets. The size of the room was just right. I stayed for a few days and it was very helpful to refill the towels

The room is clean and comfortable. The wallpaper also matched well with the white and gray colors and was calm. There are multiple AC outlets, and it is easy to use

Staff was very kind and accommodated our English. Everyone was so nice and understanding that we can’t help but give them the maximum rating. The service was swift and kind and accommodations were wonderful and awesome

As a budget hotel, APA is not bad. Rooms are small but clean. Staff are friendly too. JR station is far from the hotel that you have to walk 8 to 10 minutes. The neighbourhood is considered as “quiet” in Tokyo.

If you find yourself here, keep in mind you are in Japan! It’s a beautiful country and the opportunity you have is wonderful and exciting

It’s right by the train station and right by some avenues that hold awesome sushi, udon, convenience stores, and other wonderful places

We hope to come back when my Japanese is more fluent and truly thank them for their time and effort. Location wise: it’s a great spot

The pillows are a bit hard and the WiFi wasn’t the best, but none of that mattered to us, as the staff and service were wonderful

Cheaper if you book online otherwise they’ll now charge you over ¥4,000 on the door. Not as good as the other Nine hours throughout the city as it’s far more cramped

25$ per night with service like this. Hot water, comfortable wide bed as capsule, clean pyjamas and rooms. Especially in case that it's almost right in the centre of Tokyo 10 minutes walk to Tokyo Station

Went with my 5yo son for the Tokyo Worlds Judo 2019. Best location we could get for the price and it was a great experience.

Common area on the first floor is not great, small with just a slim table against a wall with outlets and some chairs like a conbini would have. This Nina hours is a little different as they have a running service

Don’t book the lower number capsules i. e (101 - 104, 301 - 304 and so on) they are right next to the washroom and lockers so will be far noisier and cramped outside for room. Washrooms and locker rooms are small

The lockers are small so larger backpacks and suit cases won’t fit but they will lock your bag up down stairs. Would give more stars if there was ac. You have to check out by 10 am and can’t check in until 1300

Toilet might be little small for male. It was so good and easy to go to shibuya. I love this place ! You can feel Japanese vibes here.

The air conditioner worked well and it was warm Bed is also satisfied Card key is also convenient If you are dissatisfied, the toilet It's a unit bath, so it can't be helped that it's narrow, but when I sit down on the toilet, my knees hit the wall and it's a little too narrow

I was impressed that the wallpaper, bathroom and air conditioner have changed since the last time. You can sleep comfortably in your bed, and above all It was saved because there were many outlets

Very nice hotel with clean rooms and very polite personnel. Been there for a few days and I have been working around Tokyo where the hotel location was ideal for moving around and doing my work easily

15mins walking distance from Tokyo station in a straight line. Nice little restaurant connected to the hotel. Rooms are much bigger in comparison with typical business hotels in Japan

The restaurant is very good and the meals are excellent. I will definitely choose this hotel in my next visit in town

Nice staff, room was very clean. Big window in our room for our 18 month old son to enjoy looking out. If you drive here, and have anything bigger than a K car

Toilet's lever was shaky was almost broken, but beside that best hotel. also luxury restaurant is accessible directly from the hotel.

So far out of the 3 hotels Nikko was by far the largest property wise, our park view was stunning, and the breakfast buffet was phenomenal! There were so many choices of Japanese and Western dishes as well as a large variety of kid friendly options and a massive drink bar

Our first time staying at the Grand Nikko and it did not disappoint! We’ve stayed at the Hilton and Sheraton Disney but wanted to try something different and was very pleasantly surprised

There’s a free shuttle bus to Maihama and Bayside Station otherwise you could easily walk to Bayside station and get there in about 3-5 minutes

It was a very beautiful hotel and the view was fantastic. We went in July and the rooms were a bit hot. We had somewhat of difficult time trying to stay cool, and had to open the windows at night

Very nostalgic looking and it reminded me of hotels back in the 1990's. The breakfast was outstanding and so much to choose from. Dinner however did not have much of a selection to choose from
