They charged me over 600 yuan a night for these conditions. I thought it included a sauna package, but when I arrived there was nothing there. What a ****!

It was my first time visiting. The space was stylish and relaxing. The sauna was humid enough that I sweated more than the temperature felt like.

There is a women-only area in the sleeping and bathroom areas, and showers are available until midnight.

It's conveniently located just a 5-6 minute walk from Ishikawacho Station.

When I checked in, they explained everything about my room and sauna usage times, and gave me a paper with the password and room number, which was very helpful. However, the paper only had a map of Chinatown, and no diagram of the hotel itself, so I was a little worried about where to enter when I got home that night.

If you're returning to the hotel late at night, I recommend taking a photo of the hotel's interior when you check in if you can.

The staff were very friendly. The shower room and powder room were shared, but they were clean.

It was a very beautiful and clean accommodation! The front desk staff were also friendly and smiley. I wasn't able to use the sauna at the time, so I'd like to use it next time (*^^*)

Had a wonderful stay at Hare-Tabi! I don’t speak Japanese but the staffs were so helpful using body language + translator to make everything happen! Unlike other capsule hotels where you only have a bed size area to yourself, Hare-Tabi allows you with a bit storage/ leg room next to the bed!
Not to mention about their free sauna service included in your package ! It provides the best relaxation before/after a day of exploration around Yokohama China town. You will find some quiet time to yourself using their services here. I’m sure you will enjoy the stay or even purely just the sauna service here!

It's located in Chinatown, so it's very convenient. It was clean and very easy to use. There were only three amenities to choose from, so that was the only drawback. However, it did not interfere with my stay, so I was able to spend a comfortable time.

It was friendly and clean. It was a capsule hotel, but it was larger than other places, which was nice.

Very glad I stayed here. Very clean and cozy atmosphere. Excellent location. Nice staff. Received a few complementary items like toiletries and coffee, which I wasn't expecting. As a capsule/hostel it definitely exceeded my expectations.
