I am SHOCKED that many of my colleagues were turned away at breakfast because the hotel did not issue them breakfast vouchers upon check in the previous day. This morning, while running on a tight schedule for early flight departures, some of them had to endure the humiliation and frustration of being turned away and had much trouble communicating with them. Our hotel confirmation already reflected that the breakfast is included and we have paid the invoice well in advance! As an event organiser, this is highly embarrassing and shocking coming from a Japanese entity.

1. Hotel did not call me (group organiser to clarify)
2. Did not issue the breakfast vouchers to respective guests with breakfast fully paid for
3. Refuse to honour the hotel confirmation which the hotel had issued. We also have the payment notifications and corresponding invoices and email communication to reflect that they made a mistake on this

In addition, the check in process was highly inconducive for a big group of 73 pax arriving at the same time.
Only self check in and it took eons for all of my colleagues to check in.
The hotel should've anticipated a large volume of guests arriving at the same time. They did nothing for the overall customer experience.

Super convenient location and great service! The front desk staff are friendly (all nice and good-looking (〃'▽'〃)) and help with check-in and check-out. The rooms are comfy, and the breakfast is amazing!

Very nice hotel, walking distance (about 1 km) from Tenjin station. As usual in Japan, workers are extremely nice and helpful though they speak little English. Breakfast is Japanese-style (super good!), and there is a small range of items that the Western traveler will be.more familiar with. Rooms are not very big (quite small in fact), but well equipped. There is a self service laundry (no need to bring detergent) with washing machine and dryer. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

We are still currently checked in. Our room is very clean with good AC.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
There is an available money changer machine at the lobby, very convenient to use.
The breakfast buffet is delicious. Though they have the same food everyday. The beef stew is our favorite. The coffee tastes good.

Breakfast was good, rooms were great overall and stay was pleasant

Go for non-smoking if you are not smoking, otherwise you will surrounded by tobacco smell that make you feel dizzyness. The location is only the highlight here, there was nearby subway with only 5 minutes walking and a lot of convenience stores. Didn't try breakfast but they looking good.
