It's well located and very near to Hakata station.
It takes a 10 minute walk.
The room is compact and has everything you need.
The service is efficient and friendly.
Overall it's a steal for the price paid.

Great hotel with self check in and lovely restaurant / cafe downstairs. Rooms are small but well designed at 187 tall i didnt feel squashed as rooms have high ceilings. Only down side they don’t have an ironing board to rent. Washing machines need coons, no ic.

This is a small hotel but u have everything free disposable comb toothbrush water dispenser. main good thing is very near to canal city mall 7e just below about 15 min slow walk from hakata main station oval all worth the money.

Self check in so pretty explanatory. Overall a quick and fast efficient service. Breakfast inclusive in the package was a packed breakfast but of great quality. Room was simple and comfortable. Very convenient location.

Friendly staff. If you didn’t book breakfast with your room you can’t add it at the hotel. Open plan toilet into room was odd, especially as the hi-tech toilet seat opens every time you move. Also, the concrete walls in the toilet area had holes and obviously modified areas - it looked rather unfinished. The area near the hotel is quite noisy, but inside this was muted suitably.

Great location, very convenient for getting around. However, the soundproofing in the rooms isn't ideal. There are too many Koreans in Fukuoka these days! Some Koreans were being incredibly noisy at 1 AM, like pigs squealing! I wonder if, as people from one of Asia's four developed nations, they ever received an education.

Close to everything but a bit of a walk to tenjin, cleanliness can be improved, will recommend to family and friends

16.12.2025 Kuwan

The location is great, about a 10-minute walk from JR Hakata Station and also about a 10-minute walk from Tenjin Shopping Center. The front desk offers self check-in, which is very quick and convenient. As expected, the room is small but very clean, making it quite suitable for solo travelers.

When we first arrived the reception had the strongest smell of food/cooking 😖 after travelling for 8 hours it wasn't the greeting I needed.
We couldn't check in as we arrived at 13:30, so we left our bags with the hope of returning later when the smell had dissipated. The smell lingered in the lift, on our clothes, and the room felt like a cupboard; you could hear all the doors slamming, people using the bathrooms, and talking. The room was extremely hot 😓 and we couldn't turn the air conditioning on and heating off. The window did nothing to block out outdoor noise. The bathroom had a urine smell 👃🏽, which was very unpleasant, and we felt super itchy after getting into bed. I would avoid this hotel at all costs. I have never been so disappointed in Japan; this is the first time.

The facility is new, and the guest rooms, toilets, and shower rooms are all clean and safe. It was so comfortable that I didn't want to go out while reading a book while lying in bed.
The light yet high quality breakfast and the location near the station can also be evaluated.

I found this hotel and made a reservation when I was looking for a place to stay as cheaply as possible. I was worried, but the result was the best.
The toilet and shower were shared outside the room. The bed in the room was large, and it was rather a luxurious room just to stay.
Easy check-in at the reception using a smartphone. The receptionist was also very kind.
You can enjoy hamburgers and drinks at the cafe on the first floor with breakfast. It was just the right volume.
It was about 4000 yen, so I was very satisfied.
I would like to use it positively next time.

12.06.2022 saitiyan.

It's a convenient place to go anywhere, you can enter and exit the room and shower room with your PIN, and you can choose between the bottom and the top of the loft even though you came to stay alone! (smile)
I don't have a TV, but I was able to relax very much because I could listen to my favorite songs on the Bluetooth speakers.
I wonder if it's so cheap even though it's Saturday? It is the amount setting.
Also, the staff's response is very good and the towel smells very good 🎵
Fukuoka's fixed camp confirmed!

Excellent location surrounded by restaurants, 3 min walking to that main station in Fukuoka
All the rooms are equipped with everything you need for your trip and super clean.
At the lobby there's a small Cafe, perfect for morning breakfast.
Last but not least all the staff is super friendly .

22.02.2022 Jujube

I thought the shared bathroom would be a bit of a sacrifice, but it was actually really nice. The shower booths have doors so it's not like you're at an onsen and everyone can see you. There's also a cute cafe in the lobby.
