The hotel's location is excellent, with a lively neighborhood and close proximity to the station. My room had a window and faced the street, but it was surprisingly quiet even with the window closed. The only downside was a slight odor coming from the bathroom. The room size was perfectly acceptable as well.

Highly recommended. Hotel location is great, easy to access the tourist points. There is a great shopping mall near the hotel! So convenient!!

The room was great, and the location is superb – within a 10-minute walk to both Hakata and Tenjin shopping districts. The bathroom was quite spacious for Japan. The cleaning service was meticulous, with fresh towels provided daily. The service was very attentive and thoughtful. I'll definitely be back next time!

Very good location with alot of restaurants around. And very near to shopping malls

It’s only around 1.5KM away from Hakata station and 350M away from the nearest subway station so it’s really good location wise.

Overall the room is clean and comfortable, nothing much else to talk about. I am satisfied.

The hotel location is good as there are many restaurants nearby. It only takes about 10 minutes to go to the Tenjin station. The hotel belongs to a boutique hotel as the room is not spacious but cleanliness is acceptable. The hotel breakfast only costs Yen1,300 is cheap but the foods varieties are very limited and more suitable for Japanese. The hotel doesn’t provide car parking but there are many public parking spaces, however, the roads in these parking spaces are very narrow, it requires very high driving technique before driving to the main road.
