The room was clean, we were able to store our luggage for both days, and it was conveniently located close to Nakasu-Kawabata Station.

The hotel was nice... but the room was very small... yet the employees are very polite and respectful and they are very helpful and happy to help.
The breakfast menu wasn't European style, they have only one Japanese one which wasn't my favourite.

The hotel was very accommodating and contacted me about my lost item. I stayed at a different hotel the day before, but the difference was even more than the price.

It's close to Nakasu-Kawabata Station and has plenty of restaurants and convenience stores, so it's very convenient.

It was convenient and easily accessible from the station.

I couldn't figure out how to turn off the overhead light, which was a pain for me since I don't need lights.

It would have been helpful if there were cables for my smartphone, PC, etc.

Also, the shower curtain in the bathroom had a moldy smell when I entered and a little inside the room too.

It's a shame.

The reception was very kind and polite, and I was impressed that they welcomed me even though I was tired.

I used it for a LIVE, and would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

It's been a while since I stayed at this hotel.
I remembered having a very good impression when I stayed there previously and having a comfortable stay, so I chose it this time, even though it was a little further away from the event venue I was going to. The front desk staff were just as friendly as before, and I was able to stay there again in a very pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast was included, and it was really delicious. This is a hotel I would like to stay at again if I go to Fukuoka.
