The hotel is a 20-minute walk (1.6 km) from Hakata Station, or a 70 RMB taxi ride if you use Didi. Overall, it's quite convenient. The hotel itself is very new, and the staff offers smiling service. It's less than a 10-minute walk to the Tenjin shopping district and Tenjin Underground Mall. There's also a convenience store very close by.

The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Watanabe-dori Station (Nanakuma Line),
with easy access to both Hakata and Tenjin. The property is clean and well maintained, and the laundry facilities on the first floor are very practical.
A FamilyMart right across the street adds extra convenience.
Overall, great value for money and highly recommended.

The room was spacious and the location was great, just a ten-minute walk from Tenjin. What's more, it's very close to the subway station and has an elevator, which made moving my luggage around super easy! It was a bit of a splurge for one person, but it would be absolutely perfect for two.

Nice and clean room. Asked for more pillows. Ice machine on the first floor was nice. Breakfast offered very few food selections. Paper plate and plastic utensils was a bit turn off. Other than that, the hotel was very nice. (Eel restaurant next to the hotel was a bit pricey but really good)

Rooms are ok but the bathroom is very small. Wish to have more amenities.

The bathroom is a bit small, but the room itself is quite spacious, and the bed size is good. There's a large bedside table, which is very convenient for placing items. Plus, each floor has its own glass door, so security is excellent.

Cleanliness: It's very clean; they tidy up daily and change the sheets and duvet covers every two days.

Service: The service is great. I popped into my room around noon, and it happened to be when they were about to clean it. As soon as I entered, I received a call from housekeeping asking when would be a good time for them to clean. Very thoughtful.

Environment: It's a short walk to the subway station, and the Tenjin shopping district is just a 10-minute walk away.

The location is super convenient, just 200 meters from the train station. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to Tenjin-Minami, and you can easily walk to Canal City Hakata in under 15 minutes. There are lots of convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, so you don't have to worry about finding food even if you come back late. This is a typical Japanese hotel – small but well-designed. A 21-square-meter room is actually quite spacious here!

It's a really good location. There's a fantastic hole-in-the-wall ramen shop just outside the hotel. And about 2 mins away, there's a delicious unagi restaurant. Highly recommended.

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the subway station and there's a convenience store nearby. It's about a 10-minute walk to Tenjin Shopping Center and roughly 25 minutes to Hakata Station. Dining and shopping are quite convenient. The facilities are a bit old, and the service (for Japan) was just average.
