This hotel is very old. You need to pay the city tax when you check in. There is no shower cap provided. Additional pillow is charge at 200 yen each.There is no usb power supply, pls bring along your own international plug or borrow it from the counter when check in if you need to charge your mobile phone. The hotel iron board has a smell. Lastly, the bed in my room moved( e.g. you lean against the headrest board and bed will move forward)

The hotel's location is quite good. It's just a few minutes' walk from Hakata Station, with a shopping mall nearby. Getting to Tenjin is also very convenient, as there's a direct bus stop right outside the hotel.

Hotel is located in a convenient location to the Hakata Station. Rooms are clean and spacious and breakfast spread is not bad, choice of Jap and western food. . Staff are friendly and helpful. Convenient stores locates nearby and some cafe and food stalls too

The room's bathroom is quite large and very nice. The front desk lobby is spacious, and the retro design is excellent. It's conveniently located near Hakata Station, making travel, shopping, and dining very easy, but it is a bit humid.

The location of the hotel is quite good, less than 10-minute's walk to Hakata Station. There are basic amenities provided. Given the price, it was a nice stay.

The hotel is quite close to Hakata Station, about a 10-minute walk, and there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. Overall, it was a good experience. I'd consider booking this hotel again next time.

This hotel is decent. You need to take a bus from right outside the hotel to get to Canal City, Tenjin, and Hakata Station. Breakfast was good with a good variety of options. I stayed a few days in Tenjin and decided to try this hotel for one night.

the hotel 12 minutes walk from hakata stasion and the bus station is in front at the hotel convenience store is just beside of the building ; the breakfast is good and the room is a bite old with standart amenities , but the bath room is so clean as new build / renovation, no offering a bottle water in the room .

Rooms are exceptionally large comparatively in Japan. Bathroom is spacious. Air cond is a bit hot in winter. Could open window to lower room humidity after shower.
