The location is excellent, right at the entrance of the Hakata station beside the taxi stop. Which is great for calling an Uber to and from the airport international terminal. The service is excellent, and the room was clean. The room was really small so should probably try to book a king size room if I visit again. The hotel has a coin laundry with 3 machines which is useful. But lots of people take turn using it so better keep an eye on the status via the room TV.

The room is spacious enough and the bedding is comfortable. The bathroom amenities are excellent, with a Refa showerhead and hairdryer, which felt amazing. Even though the windows don't open, the room generally doesn't feel stuffy. Big drawback: no desk. Also, some of the building materials are really poor quality, like the particle board, countertops, and steel frames. Under the spotlights, they just look cheap, worn, and stained.

Breakfast was great! Freshly squeezed orange juice, mixed fruit smoothies, perfectly cooked rice, and delicate pudding. The downsides were that there were a lot of spills and wet areas around the buffet, and no one was cleaning them up. Also, the air conditioning was too cold.

We love the gym and the location of this hotel! The Mont Blanc is delicious and you can sit there by the window to enjoy the view of th busy street

The Oriental Hotel Fukuoka Hakata boasts an unbeatable location, making travel incredibly convenient. It's just a 1-minute walk directly to JR Hakata Station, and the subway exit connects seamlessly to the hotel. Getting to the airport is also very efficient. The surrounding area is bustling with commercial facilities, including Hankyu Department Store and numerous restaurants and shops. Situated in the heart of Hakata, it offers easy access to Shinkansen (bullet train) and bus services, making it a breeze to explore Fukuoka and other parts of Kyushu, whether for sightseeing or short trips.

The hotel is clean and comfortable to stay with 2 medium size luggages. The location is perfect, situated just at the station.

Very happy to stay there for 4 nights ! No complains everything is good , with small perks like sake n noodles. Service staff are friendly. Aircon are quiet and can sleep well at night! Will stay again definitely!!

This hotel is super convenient, located right above Hakata Station. The airport bus stop is right outside, with frequent services, making transport a breeze. The service was good, and the room was clean. A trainee at the front desk was very helpful and tried her best to solve any issues, which I really appreciated. I'd definitely recommend this hotel. Breakfast was busy but well-organized. Here’s the latest bus schedule from April 1st for everyone's reference.
