the hotel is nice , staff are friendly , the price including the breakfast and dinner and the food and service is really good. The room is clean and big. There are many hot springs and all are very good . The garden has a feet hot spring . provide free coffee and tea in the libarary. I will come again. The reception gave us a present when we leave. there is a green tea, egg and towel , very thoughtful.

Should have provided socks like other ryokan.

Outdoor hot spring is the best part of this hotel. Other amenities and hardware are quite worn and old. The dinner set was not nice, breakfast slightly better. Overall, it's ok for the price but not really an indulgence

Loved this onsen hotel. Everything is perfect from the facility, food to the staff. Seeing little deer popping up around us was a nice surprise.

The location is a bit far, it takes a long time to drive up, there is free parking, the whole inn is very antique, with history so that it does not feel very old and dirty. The food is colored quite fresh and complete, plus the drinks are not expensive.

This hot spring hotel was a complete delight, with a friendly front desk, delicious and refined dinner and breakfast, and even a private hot spring and large public bath. It's also close to Kagoshima Airport, so I enjoyed the last day of my trip.
