Walkable from the train/tram station, services were ok. The uncomfortable thing was there's a strong smell from the curtain in the bathroom which made a shower wasn't relaxed.

The room is a bit small, but overall the experience is good. The hotel is near visiting spots.

Not a terrible hotel but not the greatest either, can verify the free parking available outside the hotel (needed to ask the counter first), but the rooms were a little musky and dusty.

Not too far from Kochi Station, and you can easily walk to the famous Hirome Market and Kochi Castle. Alternatively, the front desk offers free bicycle rentals. Laundry is free, and drying costs 100 yen for 30 minutes. There's free coffee and a microwave on the first floor. Parking right in front of the hotel is free. The hotel was almost fully booked during our stay. However, the facilities are showing significant age, which makes the cleanliness situation feel like even with their best efforts to clean and maintain, it still comes across as messy and unkempt.

The hotel's hot tub bubbles were decent, but it was really tiny. The self-service laundry was a bit expensive. I didn't like sleeping with the duvet wrapped in a sheet. It's not very convenient if you're staying for more than two nights.

Hmm... I really don't want to speak ill of others, but I can't help it.

1. The hotel staff initially thought I didn't speak Japanese, so they just handed me an English check-in guide and finished the check-in process.
2. The hotel hangers were so dirty that they stained my white clothes, forcing me to wash them.
3. There was differential treatment; their own people got bottled water, while we got nothing.

I probably won't choose to stay here again.

Great stay and delicious breakfast buffet. They kept my backpack while I was visiting Kochi Castle.

Unfortunately I did not have a very pleasant stay because the hotel is more outdated than what pictures looks like
- room: not very clean but quiet
- amenities: you can rent a bike for free which is useful, clean laundry machine
- location: 10 min bike ride from the center of the city and 15 to the castle
- staff: helpful

The room was clean and tidy, and the environment was quiet. Although the space was a bit small, it was well-equipped. The front desk and breakfast service were exceptionally warm and attentive. Full marks!
