This is a famous onsen resort hotel. The room was spacious, and it came with a terrace and a private bath. The food was delicious too.

Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The large public bath was practically empty, perhaps due to the time of day, allowing me to fully enjoy the hot springs and have a wonderful time.

We stayed here during the New Year's holiday, but the elevator was cold, and we had to go outside to use the laundry facilities in the basement. The entire building was just so cold. The dining room on the first floor was small, and we had to be considerate of the people sitting next to and behind us, which was disappointing. This room was also cold. We stayed as a family, but the room was small; it wasn't clear from the photos, but it seemed to be designed for two people…

The room itself was clean and even had an open-air bath, but honestly, it was disappointing…

The front desk was completely uncommunicative, making the experience very disappointing. Furthermore, the wooden facilities were moldy. It was a shame that the room didn't offer a true onsen experience. I had come here specifically to enjoy the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and the food was luxurious and excellent, but the cleaning wasn't thorough.
The air conditioning in the room hit the bed directly and it was cold.
The hotel photos seem to be quite old.

This may be due to Livemax's management policy, but the indoor bath was blackened and I didn't feel like taking a bath. I had high expectations, so I was disappointed.
