Great location, right next to Dogo onsen and shopping street. a point taken out as we couldn't park at the hotel and hard to park up a steep hill. Okay for us since we only stayed one night and was planning to sightsee by foot but would be a problem if we need to go back and forth between hotel and parking. No onsen on premise but we didn't mind. The hotel is clean and comfortable but a bit dated.

Great hotel, the location is perfect as it is close to the dogo onsen and shopping streets.
They provide yukata to go to the onsen.
I highly recommend.

Nice room and bed.
Lovely staff.
Location / price performance was amazing.
Solid internet connection.

Negative points:
800 yen a day for parking
Microwave on the smoking floor.
Not enough to warrant knocking a star off.

Great hotel with location right across the historical Dogo Onsen and adjacent shopping streets. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are older but very clean and well-maintained.

Great experience all around, from proximity to Dogo Onsen and surrounding area, ambiance inside, view (even though it wasn't overlooking Dogo Onsen), to room size (larger than typical business hotel), breakfast (typical Japanese fare, but highest quality taste I have had), check out time (11:00), and staff efficiency and English ability.

Despite Dogo Onsen being a leisure area, so more enjoyment is expected to some degree, I would say I enjoyed the brief one-night stay I was here more than anywhere else I've been in Japan, so I think the value is very high. Thank you to the staff.

The front desk staff and the breakfast staff were very polite and the food was delicious, so I was able to relax and enjoy my time there. The cake in the restaurant was very filling and delicious. I only had one unpleasant experience. When I was leaving, there was a staff member organizing the poles with triangular numbers written on them in the parking lot. I was happy that I had a comfortable stay at the hotel, so I called out to him to thank him for his hospitality, but he didn't even look me in the eye or say hello, and even when I started my car and tried to leave, he had his back to me. I wanted to give everything a 5, but I had an unpleasant experience at the end. Other than that, it was good, so thank you to everyone. I had a great trip.

I booked a Japanese room

It was spacious with a tatami floor, so the entrance -> a room with a small table and a futon in the middle -> the main room

I was able to rest comfortably in this fairly spacious space
However, the exhaust fan? The air fan was so loud that I didn't know where it was coming from, so I stayed dry, but other than that, it was good

The sink/bathroom/toilet are all separate

There are plenty of futons for additional people

It's a low floor, but you can see the sunset from the neighborhood view
The large bath was also quite good

The location is great right in front of Dogo Onsen Station, and the food was delicious!
And of course the hot springs are great too!
I'll stay here again when I go to Ehime!

This hotel is near the back hot spring , but nothing worth staying, air conditioning is not cold enough , changing rooms is useless , finally fortunately the hotel gave us a fan, otherwise super hot . Thank you to the hotel staff for quickly helping us deal with the problem. The advantage is very close to attractions, you can walk the streets. There is no breakfast at the hotel and the rooms are very small. The rooms do not have Wi-Fi, the lobby does, not at 11pm. The bath is not big, many room washrooms, all kinds of equipment.
