The facilities were a little dated, but the comfort outweighed that. The room was spacious, the free breakfast was excellent, and the bed was comfortable
I stayed here because I couldn't book a hotel near Sendai Station, but I would like to use this hotel again on my next business trip
The nearest station is also the first stop on the Tozai Line, so I'm sure I'll get a seat
After an 8-day trip to Tohoku, I checked into the hotel the night before my return flight from Sendai Airport. The hotel was fully booked, so I was assigned to a smoking room on the ground floor
There are many chain restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets nearby, making it very convenient for those driving. The hotel price was reasonable, offering good value for money
The smell of smoke was very strong, and the room felt a bit old. Free parking and breakfast were provided; the breakfast was very plentiful, better than Toyoko Inn and APA

20 min walk to Sendai Station. 5 min walk to other bus and train station. Large lockers. Clean. Large showers. Affordable. You have to leave between 11-3 for cleaning. Plent of food places. Near shopping street.
You have to ask for toothbrushes at the front desk; they weren't provided at check-in.
I particularly appreciated how the bath and luggage storage areas were separate from the capsule area, which made for a much quieter and more restful stay compared to other similar facilities
Great stay if you are looking for a convenient location for public transit and clean amenities. Access to plenty of konbinis, cheap eats and shopping streets as well
There were also plenty of showers, sinks, and hairdryers, so I never felt like it was crowded. Another nice touch was that each guest received their own bath mat
The lockers were compact which made it challenging during our 5 night stay. Hope they will consider a packing stall area to make it easier when repacking

The facilities were good and they were very friendly. I thought it was a bad place because I thought it was a place with few foreigners, but it was really nice
The chandelier is also beautiful! But after all it's a chair! Embroidery is good! I think there is some stress that disappears if you sit in that chair and drink coffee!
The price was cheap and it may be a sweet evaluation. What I like most about this hotel is the chairs on the first floor
This is a hotel I definitely want to stay at next time I go on a trip
Service is good. The rooms are good. Located in the bar/pub area so the nearby area is quite active till late night.
The affiliated parking lot is very nice as you can park until 7pm the next day.

The employees are too passive and seem to expect foreigners to have the same autonomy as the Japanese.
The location is great, close to Sendai Station, and the nearest staircase to the pedestrian bridge to the second floor is an escalator, which is very convenient
Very well priced hotel, with all the essentials. Staff were nice and accomodating, and the rooms were serviced every day
The room isn't too small, but the facilities are old, the bathroom is too small, and the air conditioning isn't strong
Small room. Mattress need to be changed. Great location, close to the restaurants and the train station.
• It's close to the station, so it's very convenient for travel. There's also plenty of shopping.

If you have a suitcase I think you can open it in the room. The bed and pillows were good. What I didn’t like was that they didn’t have hand soap or conditioner. They did have shampoo and body soap though
The staff was nice and friendly. They didn’t have face wash and face cream, like many other hotels have. But they had the other usual things, so I don’t complain. When I booked this hotel on trip
com it said the check in is between 15-22, so I checked in before 22. But when I went to the reception 23, there were still people there, and they had a machine where it said check in and out
So maybe you can check in after 22? If you want to do that I would try to send a message or something and ask. Because it felt like it was ok to check in even after 22
The room was nice, and the service was excellent. It's a standard Japanese budget hotel with Japanese-style service, and you won't be disappointed. Surrounded by residential areas, it's quite quiet
We were two people during one night. It’s a little bit far from the station. But there’s a bus stop close by that goes to the station (190 yen in 2026)

I had business in Sendai, and initially planned to stay in the city, but all the other hotels were full with guests attending the Kis-My-Ft2 concert, so I stayed at this hotel, which I'd stayed at before
Last time, I had to choose between meat or fish, but this time I got a plan that included both meat and fish, and with a discount coupon from Jalan, I was able to stay for about 15,000 yen per person
All the dishes were delicious. It was described as a Showa-era retro hotel, but it was very clean and comfortable. If I had to say something, it would have been nice if it had an open-air bath
The food was okay and reasonably priced, and it might be good for older people. But the temperature of the women's bath was too hot, which was a real problem. The room was good.
The location and facilities were comfortable and the food was satisfying. I would recommend this place for the area. I would like to visit again if I have the opportunity.
I had to go to Sendai, and chose this hotel because I could enjoy French cuisine at a hot spring near Sendai

The room is small and narrow, but you can open your bag. Big people may feel uncomfortable. The staff is good, cute, and very willing to provide service. Especially the uncle is very helpful
It takes 23-5 minutes from Sendai Station, but it's fun and bright with various shops and buildings, so I chose this route. I took a taxi from Sendai Station late at night and it cost about 1,400 yen
There is a parking lot but not much. Next to it is a parking lot and a convenience store. It is near a park and Jozenji Street. There are many restaurants on this street
It takes 13-5 minutes to walk from the nearest subway station, Kotodai Park Station, through a residential area
I wanted a non-smoking room, but there were none available, so I stayed in a smoking room. When I got off the elevator, the whole floor smelled of cigarettes.
The room was clean and spacious, and it was enough for three people to spread out their suitcases. The bathroom is the type where the toilet and bath are combined

Cozy hotel with frendly staff, there were no more single rooms left so they gave me a three-bed room for the same price which was great. Overall very clean, and the location was close enough for everything important!
Your staff is amazing, very friendly, and helpful. Especially the older guy who was kind enough to fix and move us to a room with a leaking water pipe around the evening of the 3rd
Please give him a reward from the owner
Clean, quiet room with decently sized bathroom. Hotel is conveniently placed for local eateries. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
Rooms were clean, towels changed on a daily basis. Internet worked great, only problem was the air conditioner, which was very weak
Very nice and clean hotel at walking distance from the JR Station. Spent all our time in restaurants in the neighbourhood and around so I have no knowledge the hotel kitchen but the staff were very helpful and kind.

The hotel is very new and has good facilities. The courtyard is textured. The service staff is very friendly, polite and enthusiastic. It feels great. It is really enjoyable to take a bath under the maple tree.
We had an outstanding stay at Saryo Soen in Sendai. The entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room was exceptional, beautifully kept and very comfortable
Japanese hotel at the back of Sendai, by the mountain stream of the Natori River, with a beautiful Japanese garden with 8000 tsubo and architectural beauty in the sukiya style
The chef also deserves praise, going out of his way to accommodate our special dietary needs as vegetarians. Each entree was not only delicious but also beautifully presented
The staff's service, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the layout of the inn were all excellent. The food was lavish in both presentation and quantity, but the quality was a little lacking
It was an action-packed two-day trip to soak in an open-air bath full of wildness and hot springs with rich medicinal properties that have been around for a long time, and enjoy colorful kaiseki cuisine and the blessings of Michinoku

The room was clean and automated reception system was easy to use. It was good location for walking to Kokubuncho(there are many bars and restaurants).
I felt it was cold when I got into the room, but they lent me a heater, and there were only two outlets, but they lent me that for an extra fee, and the front desk was happy to lend me anything I thought was unfortunate lol So it was cheap, and the location was a quick bus ride from the station, and there was a Donkey just a short walk away, so it was really great✨
Everyone at the front desk is kind. I feel the building is old, but I think I'm doing my best. Breakfast bread isn't very popular, but natural yeast bread tastes much better when toasted. The same is true for this bread
The location is very nice near by JosenjiDori Street. The room is also big, neat and clean
Please bake when eating w Personally, I think it's a good and warm hotel
Thank you for the great service considering the price! I was worried about whether there would be enough space to open my luggage, but it was fine. I didn't have time to go, but I was interested in the free bread service

This is cheap during the festival, the room is small enough to be mentally prepared. It is far from Sendai Station by taxi about 900 yen
The hotel is about 15 minutes away from Sendai Station and is located near the shopping street, so there is no problem with shopping, eating and supper
Check-in the machine is broken and can not be fixed for a long time, the staff does not take the initiative to help. Asking the staff to come and fix the staff themselves took a few minutes to check-in
It was cheaper than the surrounding hotels, but the bed was comfortable, not a semi-double, as is common. The location was not bad either, being close to the downtown area
In fact, if the staff wants to clean up before the deadline, they can politely tell me that they will clean up within. It's better than pressuring me in this way because it feels very bad with this service
This is the first time in hotel booking my experience has been good morale and excellent hospitality and service for Guest.

The room was small and didn't even have a bathroom. There weren't even large towels for bathing. You had to use the hot springs
The place is very clean, modern and very nicely decorated. The room, dining area and relaxing area can’t be complained
There is a live jazz band performing at night in the lobby area where a huge fireplace is located at the center. Re meals, buffet styled with a lot of choices available
There's a snack area, and a fireplace where you can warm up and chat. Snacks, wine, and coffee are all included. Our room also had great snow views. The indoor and outdoor hot springs are a must-try
While the food was buffet style, the Japanese and Western alcoholic beverages and food were delicious and plentiful, making it a great value
Very nice experience with lounge services all day round Free shuttle available

I really liked the hot spring water; it was very clean, with two pools, one outside and one inside
Breakfast was served individually in the tray instead of the buffet because there were few guests, but if you look closely, the food is probably the same as the buffet content, but it is beautifully served and you can't help but say "Oh"
Good clear and price reasonable, with free refreshment from 3 pm to 11 pm serve at a ver nice chill restaurant at 3rd floor and all the food are very yummy.
This time, for the first time, I opted for a room-only stay as I wanted to enjoy a relaxing hot spring trip without any interference. (Previously, my best friend and I always chose plans with breakfast and dinner
The facilities, hospitality, service, food, and baths were all excellent. The free lounge was wonderfully well-stocked. The waitresses were trained by Myanmar staff, and their hospitality was also excellent
The hotel's location is very convenient, just a bus stop away. The environment is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the dinner was plentiful and delicious. The breakfast was also plentiful

Excellent hospitality and service. The staffs greet us everytime. The heater works very well during winter. It makes us warm and comfortable. The water is clean, the hot water comes out quickly.
However, APA's construction does not provide good soundproofing for the rooms next door and above, so you can hear the person next door sneezing as if it were happening right in front of you
Nice and clean as expected from APA hotel front desk were great although couldn't speak English but didn't let that stop them from trying to help us get where we needed to go
Due to the closure of the fixed camp, we are looking for a new inn around Hirose-dori-Kotodai Park. I don't like it when it rains because I walk a little from the station
I stayed cheaply, but it's a little far from the station. I received "President's Curry" during the event 🙌 I was happy because I wanted to eat it. It was delicious 👍
This was my first time staying here. It was surprisingly affordable. Although it looks old, it was clean and the room was spacious and a twin room for single use

We stayed in the cheapest double room, the environment and hygiene were very good, but the space was a bit small and compact, and the bathroom was small, so we felt like we couldn't stretch our arms and legs
The building was old, so when I saw it for the first time, I was worried that it would be okay, but the room was well cleaned and I was able to spend a comfortable time! Despite the small number of people, the staff are very friendly
The hotel was good. The toilet doesn’t have a bidet but overall it’s good and I slept so well. I don’t have any issues at all. You can also leave your bag after check out.
The boss and his wife provided very good service, and there were free drinks and hot water available on the first floor
There is a self-service laundry room at the door, washing is 400 yen, and drying for 7 minutes is 100 yen
The station is close by, which was helpful. I'll be sure to use it again if I travel nearby.

The hotel is located in Akibo Onsen and offers excellent value for money. The onsen is very comfortable, the dinner is a very generous buffet with unlimited drinks, and the rooms are very spacious
The friendly service and excellent facilities made me feel good. The hot springs were also well-maintained. However, the food was a bit disappointing, being buffet-style. I highly recommend it.
A new hot spring hotel with great value for money. The location is easy to find, the Welome Drink is excellent, and the Leilei Trail is nearby. Highly recommended.
Although it is old, it does not affect the experience of staying, bathing, and dining at all. I recommend it to friends who are going to Akiho Onsen in Sendai
This is a standard Japanese-style hot spring resort hotel with an all-inclusive price. It offers many surprises and is very cost-effective
