They have a bus dedicated to deliver people to city center at 3:30PM, and comes back to the hotel at 8:00PM. Rooms are good but the extra bed they got us wasn't very good, it was small and fragile with a lot of noise

The staff is courteous and helpful, checkin was a breeze, they keep checking on you constantly, food was amazing, the buffet breakfast spread was delicious with lots of choices and there was nespresso coffee in the room which is a must when you’re traveling for work

The gym is well fitted, maybe a little older machines, but in general one of the best and spacious hotel gyms I have encountered so far. The staff there is also very welcoming and helpful

My room was upgraded due to my IHG status and it was a really nice, large 2-room suite with an extensive bathroom and a lot of amenities. Housekeeping was amazing and attentive

I recently stayed at this property for a month and I must say’s I felt the most welcome here, like family. My mornings at breakfast would start out with Raed and his most friendly and superb service

We visited for a day to use the facilities and paid £50 per person including room change and a towel. Unfortunately, water and drinks aren’t included in the price and food costs an additional £25

Good location clean enough but very old

This was my first time in Jordan and my first time experiencing a Marriott in Amman. We booked three rooms for our family at Marriott, and it was a fantastic stay

The hotel is very nice, near to the downtown and shopping complex mall and I enjoyed the breakfast served by the hotel. The hotel room is so good and clean too. In conclusion, I will recommend others about this hotel.

Towels and bed sheets was not fresh smil .body wash and shampoo was empty. Water pressure is bad.the bidet was leaking

Such a great hotel for a long vacation

The staff was quite friendly but sometimes too slow especially when it came to trasfers via the hotel locations (the area is huge). Furniture in the room is quite old, but the room itself is clean

I've stayed at several Riu hotels on this trip, and they've all been really great! They even offer welcome chocolates, which are delicious! The only downside is the hotel's buffet dinner; it's expensive and there aren't many good options

It would be helpful if the bellboys/porters are stationed at the security area to help guests with the luggage (where help is needed most to load and unload bags from the security conveyor belt) instead of standing in the lobby area

The lifeguards were helpful and were great photographers. The variety and cost of food at restaurants within the hotel are reasonable, such that one does not need to venture out of the hotel

The beachfront environment is nice, the house facilities are average, there was a party at the restaurant downstairs, it ended at nearly 12 o'clock, it was too noisy, I communicated N times but to no avail, it still ended at the same time, is it because of the local customs and habits to not accommodate other guests

I had a wonderful stay at the W Amman! The staff was so nice and accommodating especially in Ramadan. The Qamar iftar buffer was fantastic! I stayed with them for 10 days and I would definitely do it again!

The gym is a joke: tiny, badly equipped, and absurdly located above the lobby, so any noise is immediately heard downstairs. Proper training is basically impossible. Bottom line: Yes, Kempinski is the best option here

I never recommend this hotel unless you need to stay near Amman airport. Only benefit of this hotel is location. Staffs are not kind, no smile. There are lots of stain on room and bathroom

Conveniently located near the airport and car rental service, with a free shuttle van to the airport. Breakfast could be improved however, as there was barely anything available.

But what stood out to me was the helpfulness of the staff, they helped me solve one particular issue for which I am very thankful! Therefore it was a great experience overall

Easy to get to and yiu are given a warm soft cookie on check in, amazing! The room had a sea view but due to the shape of the building, the room is constantly in shadow and over looks the pool

On check in you are given a 15% discount voucher for the restaurant on the top floor. The food was delicious and with the discount it was very fairly priced

apart from the lady on reception who need to smile when she see guest arrive to make them feel welcome. But all other staff from the bell boy to the management also the 7th floor staff the lady’s are all amazing

One downside is that because it was so quite the head waiter would not leave us alone and kept asking for a good review, which is always annoying and needy

The hotel environment is great, and there's a designated spot for Dead Sea floating with staff assistance and Dead Sea mud provided. You need to take two elevators to get to the beach
