Very friendly, welcoming and accommodating staff. Good food options. Great mountain views. Unfortunately the pool was being renovated which spoilt some of the view. The hotel organised Petra by night tickets and transport and there was a free shuttle service during the day.

I booked this hotel specifically for the pool view, but it turns out the pool is under maintenance during winter, so there's no view to be had. I'm very disappointed. If I had known this beforehand, I wouldn't have booked here.

Bit of a building site at the moment. Staff really friendly and nice. Food in the buffet was great - would give the other places a miss. Turkish baths was a nice touch. Free Shuttle bus to Petra was really helpful. The guy selling sand art in reception was amazing

Is was good, safe, clean, good good and good staff However I think the swimming pool was not ready, (it was under construction) The hotel is close to the Petra area ( 5 to 6 minutes by taxi)

Large room, with perfect bathroom. Very good the pool and the free shuttle service to Petra. Good and large breakfast. Only dinner isn't up to par with the hotel; the buffet is always the same and poorly prepared. It's worth considering that the price of our package was very reasonable, so it's no problem. But at full price, the restaurant isn't worth the stay.

The hotel is located on the top of the hill. The view from the hotel is so beautiful. On the day I stay (08/09) the swimming pool was under renovate so I could not see the view from swimming pool. The downside is the breakfast does not have so much choice.

The door in my bathroom is a broken one. Didn’t have time to report during my stay, but obviously the maintenance team may work harder. The location is the best, and all the drinks & little snacks in the mini bar are complimentary! It was a bit chaotic during the check-in as it was a busy hour. i

It's perfect place for my family to stay at reasonable price. It's very close to Petra enterance and breakfast was really good. Small details were well arranged for customer.

Hotel is supery located just in front of Petra visitor centre which makes things very convenient. It is also a short walk to nearby convenience shops, restaurants, forex etc if you need anything urgent. The hotel is maintained well, well lit and have a cozy ambiance which provides a good rest after a long day in Petra.

The image shows a pool. There was no pool. Most facilities are shared with the Petra Moon luxury hotel less than 2 minutes away. This includes the spa which was limited but fine. The breakfast was good, but being a 2 minute walk from the Petra visitors centre was the best thing about this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful

Extremely close to the front entrance of Petra with a free car park behind and to the side of the hotel. Breakfast is pretty much the same everyday, but pancakes and eggs are made fresh, which was appreciated.

Stayed at this hotel for a 2nd time & the room was not so clean as the 1st room & was more outdated and had a horrible strong smell! Fantastic hotel experience with polite staff, very clean rooms, great service, calm atmosphere, and excellent location.

Overall, a good impression. The location is about 2 km from the entrance to Petra. It's a hilly road with ups and downs, so you'll need to take a taxi – around 2-3 dinars each way. (Ride-hailing apps don't work in the city, so you'll have to negotiate with taxi drivers directly). Breakfasts were decent. Everything in the room worked fine, no issues. The room itself wasn't very big.

Boyfriend and I stayed here two nights as part of an Intrepid tour to visit Petra. We were a group of six, including our guide, and we were literally the only people staying in this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. You can see what it could be but the potential is not met. There is a pool but it is far too cold to use. There is a hot tub but it is green with algae and a potential health hazard. The Turkish bath is closed and is now just a workshop. The rooms are old and falling apart. Very old hotel. Water in showers not hot depending on the time. Not hot in the jacuzzi either. Heating in the rooms has a limited temperature. Food is ok, but no drinks (not even water) included in the meals, which is a shame. There are better options in the town.

The hotel is on a hillside and very quiet, but the surrounding restaurants are a few hundred meters away. When I stayed there during the special period, there were only 14 people.
