We had to repeatedly request bottled drinking water, which was quite inconvenient, and check-in was also delayed. Aside from these issues, everything else was fine. The heated pool and saltwater pool were especially enjoyable.

My favorite hotel at the Dead Sea. Located directly across the street from the entrance to ancient Petra, this hotel is stunningly beautiful. The interior feels like an Arabian Nights dream. It’s not even close to 5 star hotel. It’s a solid 4 star hotel: old, not really clean, staff isn’t helpful enough. But breakfast was still various and tasty.

The food quality was as good as a 3-star hotel, not as wide varieties as you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Same food every day. Water in the bathroom wasn't strong. I can't imagine I enjoyed the bath in my rented home more than it! Room cards didn't always work in the elevators! The hotel staff was good, though.

I spent my birthday weekend in hyatt regency hotel. Best team ever specially the staff Firas, one of the best room service managers i ever met. made me 2 birthday cakes with flowers and balloons. I have stayed 2 nights in Thousand nights hotel, and have really good experience here.
