In kazachstan perfect hostel , perfect people , market opposit door, somewhere here is pool and sauna , hostel is clean and is full of colours :)

The staff at this hostel is really good, friendly and always wants to help you, and the hostel itself is also a good one. But, a few not-so-good things though were that the showers often were cold, the wifi didn't work for most of our stay and the beds I got (switched rooms) were incredibly uncomfortable. Kitchen could also need a bit more stuff, like new frying pans/casseroles/knives etc.

In my opinion Soul Hostel Westpoint is the most comfortable hostel for distance learning.

Really great hostel! Location is good (metro station is near and also supermarket is just across the street). It's new and very clean, but the best part is awesome and very helpful staff!

I’ve been pleasantly surprised to find out that the hostel is brand new. All the basics are great ( super clean, quiet, new furniture, english speaking , fast replying etc.. ) literally most of the things were on point. But what clicked with me the most is that just nearby the hostel you have everything you need, starting with a super market to a non-stop restaurant ( super good food plus a discount is provided by the hostel ). Been trying many places around Almaty, I can tell that this was in fact my best pick.
