Good hotel staff are Adament , can’t even stretch time from 7am to 6.45 am As we have to catch flight and asks then to give some juice or fruits but they rejected , and all Our money for breakfast is go in vain

I stayed three nights at Park Dedeman Almaty and had a pleasant, comfortable experience overall. The room was nice and cozy, with a touch of modern design that made it feel fresh without trying too hard. The location is a real plus, right opposite Atakent Mall and just a short walk from the Botanical Park, which is great for getting some fresh air or a quiet break from the city. This is a such lovely hostel, very friendly and service oriented personnel, clean facilities and really good breakfast. Today we got pancakes, omelette, cottage cheese, porridge, apples and salad.

This is probably the best hostel that a solo woman can book. It's a very safe space and spotless. The capsules give you privacy and your own space and the lockers are big. There are 4 toilets and 4 showers. I feel like there can be more toilets but I've never had to wait either. The breakfast is scrumptious and lavish. Loads to eat and it's very healthy and tasty. I just spent three nights here while I was exploring Almaty city. I booked a private room, the room has no aircon but no issue at night as it’s pretty cooling. Hostel encourages quiet mode and I enjoyed the vibe. Felt safe and slept soundly while I was here. Breakfast is served daily with different varieties. Value for money and strongly Recommend to solo female travellers. :)

Great nights sleep - even if a lot of people sleep in the same room it's all made to be able to relax, including encouragement to stay quiet at all times. Great breakfast and snacks available. Decent location. Lovely staff

Were in this hostel last week. Everything is simple and cozy. Cleaning is done every day. We liked it, and the residents themselves are positive and not noisy. It is impossible to drink and smoke indoors, which is a big +. Because I would not want to live next to drunken guests.

This hotel is very affordable and so close to downtown... I think is the cheapest in the area too plus the food and service there is good the managers are really nice and helpful .. I enjoyed staying there I would come back again and taste that breakfast and spend the good time with the homies.

We have been staying in this hostel for 8 days in bedroom for two persons. We liked it close to downtown and around hostel everything you need, restaurant and big park. Very clean place, light, comfortable and else hostel manager speaking English and helped us with all information about Almaty and where to go to see beautiful places. We enjoyed Almaty and people there!

We stopped at the Harmony Hostel for three days, everything arranged for a low price. Very clean, comfortable and almost in the center of the city, we liked it very much that the attacker was two minutes away. The staff is responsive and you can order food home cooking. Bathrooms for men and women separately.
