Great location and excellent service! It's rare to find a 3-star hotel where staff help with luggage. The gym is also quite spacious.

The hotel is new, clean, and well-maintained. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around. However, the Wi-Fi signal in the room was not very strong, which sometimes caused delays when using the internet. Other than that, the overall experience was very good.

Very helpful front desk staff when I encountered difficulty. Clean room with enough space for one person. Can see the snow mountain from the window in the lift lobby when the weather is ok. Breakfast is good with various choice and coffee machine (chocolate is real good), the cake is too sweet for me though. Thete is a CU convenient store nearby. Will stay in this hotel if I come to Almaty next time

The breakfast was quite good, and the bed was comfortable. There are Japanese restaurants and bubble tea shops nearby.

A fantastic guesthouse with brand new facilities, spacious and fully equipped rooms, free Wi-Fi, and a homey feel. Perfect location for a tourist

Wonderful Apartment Good thing So clean, cozy and silent. All facilities were good. There were many good and fancy restaurants, and marts. The park, just next to the apartment was so amazing and beautiful. I fell in love to Almaty through this apartment. The manager could speak excellent English that easy to check everything what I need. Weakness There is no elevator for 3rd floor.

The only good thing about this place is its location, and even that comes with caveats. This hotel is generally quite good.

I stayed for one night during a layover. I was upgraded to a higher room category than I booked, which was spacious and even had complimentary bottled water. The facilities were good overall. However, I could hear conversations from the next room, possibly due to thin walls, and the breakfast, being a halal menu, had limited options, which was a bit disappointing.

Everything is good especially the order can offer and organize some tours. They are reasonable priced compared to other travel agencies.

The room is clean and big with all appliances. That is located next to the main park so that you can take a walk all around safely. The owner is so kind and flexible.

Great apartment. Includes many ameneties, and the apartment staff was excellent.

The hotel is cute and functional with kitchen amenities, laundry facilities(w/o machine dryer), towels and dental kit. The breakfast option is basic with 5 options to choose from.
