Very satisfied with my stay. It's close to the city center but still very quiet. The service was excellent, and they even have a sauna and gym. The massage service was also quite good. Breakfast in the morning was abundant, and you can order room service by scanning a QR code.
Cozy hotel with everything you need including a good breakfast buffet spread and receptionists with excellent English communication skills.
The staff provided good service, the room was clean, and the amenities were excellent.
Excellent service and environment I would love to book this hotel again.
The amenities are good. The location is little bit far from the centre and the restaurants. The room is decent size, we stayed on the 6th floor and from our window we could see the Tien Shan range. The room does not have usb charging ports.
Stayed 4 night in the hotel and it’s comfortable. They only need to add some vegetarian options in their breakfast

liked location. land lord was very kind.
Everything is good especially the order can offer and organize some tours. They are reasonable priced compared to other travel agencies.
The room is clean and big with all appliances. That is located next to the main park so that you can take a walk all around safely. The owner is so kind and flexible.
Over all a good place but had a problem with bugs when I was there.
