Good location, close to the city and mountains and a river nearby. I liked everything, breakfasts in the morning and a cozy house. In the garden there is a yurt with full decoration.

For those who want to get a good night's sleep! They greet you perfectly! They help you solve problems, and feed you well beforehand. I checked into this hotel again - last year I was here for almost a week. I liked: the meeting, the good breakfast, it's very quiet. It's convenient to get to Shymbulak - no traffic jams in the morning up the mountain and back in the evening, almost no traffic jams....

Feb2025: the team at the hotel are amazing, very nice and helpful. The room is clean and big. The bathroom was not very convenient as the sink is out of the toilet and shower because it is very small, but doable. The hotel is out of the city in a very calm place and on the road to the ski slops of Shymbulak.

The room was clean and newly renovated. The breakfast was prepared by the owner of the B&B. The couple was really patient in helping customers raise questions.

The host is very nice! He is very enthusiastic to help us solve the problem! The environment is also very good, like a resort. I will come again next time.

Very good! Food and service and even it has pray room!

Big problem with the noise in this hotel. We got a room opposite the reception and entrance door and the whole night we were hearing the reception bell and loud voices of people checking in and out. Hotel staff was very friendly and even offered changing our room but the only available room was next to the other entrance door so we declined as the noise leves was the same in that area. 3 stars not...

The host is very kind. The breakfast is great very quiet, family run hotel. ;-)

Apart from the location it didn't have anything good. You could hear the sound from all other rooms. Rooms are too small .

Room is large size. Bed quality is just okay. Also bed is not large size but fine for two people. Matter is very thin Room wall made by using wooden so other rooms sound can been listened. Staff is nice and kind they helpful. Window is large and have sun light. Air conditioning is working perfect. Also have heater. Bathroom is just basic. Have hot and cold water. Location is great, atmosphere and food are good. The rooms are a bit squeaky (floors, bed), bathrooms could be upgraded. Not so much worth the price room condition wise, but the atmosphere and location are great.

A cozy stay for cold winters. Very tasty food. Superb level of hospitality. We spent here 3 days and liked the place a lot, highly recommended.

The best place for a weekend getaway in Almaty.

Spacious rooms with balcony and comfortable leather sofa and chair with desks, shelves, and refrigerator. Bedding is luxe! Hosts serve breakfast on porcelain: sausage, eggs, salad, bread, yogurt, homemade pastry, potato pancakes, coffee or tea. Free airport shuttle. Family run business with exceptional hospitality!

I stayed here at the beginning and end of my two weeks Central Asia trip. The owner Valdimir and his parents are very nice, love the breakfast, spacious room and very clean bathroom. The free airport transfer made navigating from airport to the guesthouse a hassle free experience. Definitely high value for the price!

The best guest house we have stayed in for aaaaaages! So warm (in spirit and temperature), good security, free airport pickup and drop off, Vladimir is HILARIOUS and his son is so friendly and speaks good English. They have a really quiet and lovely house, with good shashylyk places nearby. It is about a 15-20 minute walk to town on the flat. 100% recommended!!!

Excellent stay away from crowds. The sounds of the river was relaxing. The owner does not speak English but we managed by Google Translate. There are 3 friendly cats, and a nice garden at the top with tents for rent. Super clean and has whatever we need.

Basically owner hates tourist and love tourist money. Gives you that face. Internet is very slow. Room is good and clean, toilet is extremely small. Location is far from city centre. Quiet but curtains are transparent, will get bright after 6am.

Normally here is good but internet is bad . Breakfast is not good not bad. Bed's is old. Another staff is nice. Otel manager is like nice .
