The owner was very lovely and welcoming. The room was clean. Unfortunately, we arrived late and didn't get to take any photos of the surroundings. We left early in the morning to rush to Big Almaty. We didn't have breakfast, but the guest house was very nice and prepared a box of food for us instead. Very lovely!

The room was clean and newly renovated. The breakfast was prepared by the owner of the B&B. The couple was really patient in helping customers raise questions.

Feb2025: the team at the hotel are amazing, very nice and helpful. The room is clean and big. The bathroom was not very convenient as the sink is out of the toilet and shower because it is very small, but doable. The hotel is out of the city in a very calm place and on the road to the ski slops of Shymbulak.

Hosts serve breakfast on porcelain: sausage, eggs, salad, bread, yogurt, homemade pastry, potato pancakes, coffee or tea. Free airport shuttle. Family run business with exceptional hospitality!

I stayed here at the beginning and end of my two weeks Central Asia trip. The owner Valdimir and his parents are very nice, love the breakfast, spacious room and very clean bathroom. The free airport transfer made navigating from airport to the guesthouse a hassle free experience. Definitely high value for the price!

The best guest house we have stayed in for aaaaaages! So warm (in spirit and temperature), good security, free airport pickup and drop off, Vladimir is HILARIOUS and his son is so friendly and speaks good English. They have a really quiet and lovely house, with good shashylyk places nearby. It is about a 15-20 minute walk to town on the flat. 100% recommended!!!

Super clean and has whatever we need.

Basically owner hates tourist and love tourist money. Gives you that face. Internet is very slow. Room is good and clean, toilet is extremely small. Location is far from city centre. Quiet but curtains are transparent, will get bright after 6am.

Normally here is good but internet is bad . Breakfast is not good not bad. Bed's is old. Another staff is nice. Otel manager is like nice .

In the bedrooms I would like to be able to open the window - it is very stuffy. We spent two nights in the beautiful Airbnb and felt very comfortable. The accommodation is beautifully secluded in the mountains and you have a great view of Almaty. The arrangements and communication in advance were very pleasant and all our questions were answered.
