Excellent location, clean toilet and bathroom, free breakfast is very good from 8am to 12 noon, there's a locker where you can store your luggage or things, and the staff are kind and helpful. It would be better if the stairs are not spiral in shape to easily carry the luggage to the second floor.

The location is near to everywhere : mall (150-300m), zhibek zholy or arbat area (800m), TSUM/Magnum the shopping center (200m), 70-350meters there are several bus stations -e.g.,line 92, 12. hello. I was in the hostel for 2 months. It is very cozy and comfortable here. The managers are Saul and Kasim who are very nice. If you have any questions or problems you can contact them and they will always be there to help. The hostel is cleaned daily and there are no cockroaches or bedbugs. The only downside is that there is no air conditioning in the bedroom. I can give it 9 out of 10

It was great to stay here. It's clean and very silent. People are friendly only when you speak kazakh/russian. Food was good. Vegetarian options were available too. I just spent three nights here while I was exploring Almaty city. I booked a private room, the room has no aircon but no issue at night as it’s pretty cooling. Hostel encourages quiet mode and I enjoyed the vibe. Felt safe and slept soundly while I was here. Breakfast is served daily with different varieties. The staff is space: decent, responsive, cultured, and most importantly, they treat visitors with respect. (I don’t want to single out anyone. Everyone is great!) Cheap accommodation but the place is not clean

Cheap and angry, very small rooms, window only in the bedroom. It is cold at night, always stuffy. There is air conditioning, but does not turn on for some reason. Unfriendly to Chinese people. The location is okay, but they don't check in or drop off luggage before 2 PM, which is very inconvenient. The bedding is made of synthetic fibers, very thin and pilling. The shared bathroom is small, with only one shower room.

The rooms are absolutely ok, beds comfortable, a wardrobe, fan... Wi-fi working well. Toilet is only one for the whole apartment, but it wasn't a problem during our stay. Two showers. Kitchen with all equipment and hot drinking water. All clean. When somebody is speaking in the kitchen, you can hear it very clearly in your room (even though our room wasn't next to the kitchen), so it was a bit disturbing...

It's 5 to 10 minutes walking distance to any bus station. Near to any grocery store and I did walked twice from the hostel to the center even if it is snowing as I wanted to see the place. It will take you more or less 20 minutes walking. The owner is very kind and response to my chat, whatsapp, message anytime of the day. So this is really a nice hostel.

Very comfortable rooms, spacious hall and clean bathrooms. Wifi signal is good. But what is the best about the hostel are its hosts! They are lovely people! It's really a FAMILY hostel. The hotel was very clean and quiet, which made the stay really comfortable. The view in front of the property during winter was absolutely breathtaking - watching the snow fall felt almost unreal. Just a small tip: try to pack light because the room I stayed in required going up the stairs, so bringing very large suitcases might be inconvenient.

Bang for the buck! We extended our stay here for additional two days as the hostel is extremely comfortable, especially for the price. Private room was extremely spacious, washroom clean, steady supply of hot water, and the heating was effective.

Really couldn't ask for much more. Location is the best, in the center of Almaty city! Close by every hot spot of the city and subway station .I was grateful to be able to leave my belongings in the hostel the day I was taking the train to my next destination.
