The room is clean and quiet. Near to my business partners with rich surrounding facilities. And very thanks to the front desk staff Arkhad and Ayazhan, they are very friendly and helpful, and always with big smile. They make me feel good every day here.

I really appreciated the bed with the high mattress and the topper which allowed me to rest very well. Overall very serious decor. Quite varied breakfast in a not too large environment. Exaggerated request for reimbursement for an old toaster that was inadvertently damaged.

The hotel is nice. There's a sauna and swimming pool and a breakfast buffet. It is quite near the airport so you will occasionally hear planes passing by. It's also a little far from the city center but can be walked. Baum Grove is also just nearby if you want to see some nature.

The hotel location is good, super near the Abai Opera House, Zenkov Cathedral and other landmarks. The room size and amenities are reasonable compared to the price and clean but we didn’t receive much friendliness from the hotel staff. All in all it was a good stay.

This hotel was the only satisfying accommodation place of my trip to Almaty. Although the staff doesn't speak English, she was willing to communicate using a translation app. Both the room and the bathroom were exceptionally clean and neat. Booked 2 rooms for 3 Nights at Hotel Keremet. Its a boutique hotel but very well maintained. It has only 12 rooms but the rooms are big and fully loaded. The best thing in the rooms was that they have a Lavazza Espresso machine (never seen in any of the 5 star hotels) plus they have a floor heating in the bath area. There is no lift in the Hotel which could be a problem for elderly and for shifting...

The room I booked is relatively small, and the bed is close to the walls on both sides, which I don't like. The front desk is nice, but be aware that some rooms may be noisy.
