We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Daisez Hotel. As a cabin crew member who frequently stays in various hotels, I must say that this one stands out. Compared to many other hotels I’ve stayed in, Daisez Hotel truly feels like home.

The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean.
The service is exceptional; regardless of the time we woke up, the staff prepared fresh breakfast for us. Although the hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant, there is a kitchen available where you can prepare small snacks or hot drinks.
Additionally, there are several delicious restaurants & Bar options just 5 minutes away.

The hotel's location, close to the city center just like 15 mins walk away, is very convenient.

The staff's kindness and friendliness made a lasting impression on us—we even became friends with them! If we return to Kazakhstan, this Hotel will undoubtedly be our choice.

The room looked as advertised. Hot water worked well. Freshly cooked breakfast in the morning (two eggs over easy with toast, sliced cucumber, and tomato). Comfortable bed. Near the center-periphery. Check-in was easy, although you’re charged around 5,000 tenge more if you arrange online. The desk agent was kind enough to let us settle in and get cash earlier, as they do not accept cards. Also, the woman allowed us to store our luggage downstairs for the afternoon. This is a good place for a no-frills stay near the center and exceptional service- although, for nearly $60, I guess you’re paying for the location.

Daisez hotel is a perfect choice if you are on-a budget and looking for a decent place to stay. It’s basically an individual two story house connected to a hotel. More like a home stay. Ms Aigerim was welcoming even though she spoke little English. The rooms were neat and clean and very much worth the money. We preferred this place as it was very near to the city and very calm and quite place. They don’t serve breakfast but you have restaurants at walkable distance. Overall it was a very good experience.
