Not bad hotel

Twenty years ago the whole Rakhat was shining, today shines only elevator.

The room was clean and tidy, and although the facilities were a bit old, everything worked perfectly. The hotel also boasts a swimming pool, spa, and other amenities, and the breakfast spread was quite extensive, though it did get a bit crowded in the mornings.

We had a nice and comfortable stay at Rahat Palace. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment. Room service was efficient and did their job well throughout our stay.

However, the food menu could use some improvement. It felt a bit limited, and having more variety in the dishes would have made the dining experience more enjoyable. One minor inconvenience was that no staff came forward to assist us with our baggage during check-in, which we found a bit surprising for a hotel of this category.

Despite these small setbacks, the overall experience was pleasant. We appreciated the calm ambiance and smooth service otherwise. With a few enhancements, this could easily become one of the top choices in the area.

I was fotunate to book the renovated room, it was surely good, the AC is the only issue as it takes time to cool the room, also faced a small issue with the plugs next to the bed, they tend to disconnect after some time and you have to remove the card and reinstert it again, the breakfast area had a good buffet and nice seating area ( indoor and outdoor ) room service sometimes take time to attend to requests but generally ok, staff was welcoming and very nice.

looking forward to see the hotel in few years after their full renovation.

Location is great, within short distance from great cafes and restaurants. Hotel room is nice and clean.

Convenient transportation and excellent service.

The rooms are a bit dated, but definitely not wrong. Very nicely decorated with more than sufficient space. Bathroom was also clean and very spacious. The hotel is built with a big open area in the middle which serves as a lounge. One downside is that it can get noisy in the evening hours. All together a very nice hotel to stay at.

The Not-So-Good:
The primary drawback of Rahat Palace Hotel is the outdated condition of its rooms. Guests should expect to see aging furniture and doors, and the decor could benefit from an update. This lack of modern aesthetics can detract from the overall comfort and visual appeal. A significant issue highlighted is the bathroom sink lacking a proper drain, leading to stagnant water until cleaning services arrive. This is a considerable inconvenience and points to a need for urgent maintenance.
