They greet you perfectly! They help you solve problems, and feed you well beforehand. I checked into this hotel again - last year I was here for almost a week. I liked: the meeting, the good breakfast, it's very quiet. It's convenient to get to Shymbulak - no traffic jams in the morning up the mountain and back in the evening, almost no traffic jams.
The hotel is clean and cozy, like home. A taxi can't get close to the house - you have to walk 50 meters to the barrier or ask to open it remotely
