I was fotunate to book the renovated room, it was surely good, the AC is the only issue as it takes time to cool the room, also faced a small issue with the plugs next to the bed, they tend to disconnect after some time and you have to remove the card and reinstert it again, the breakfast area had a good buffet and nice seating area ( indoor and outdoor ) room service sometimes take time to attend...

My stay at Rixos Almaty in the Deluxe Twin Room with Park View was exceptional. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered a stunning view of the park, which added a peaceful ambiance to my stay

Super slow stuff, you have to ask many times for same things with no response , stuff wasn’t very friendly, we didn’t felt welcomed. No spoons in a room , we asked for bathrobe for a child and didn’t get one in 2 days

It was the old Ankara Hotel, but the name changed, so I had a hard time finding the original hotel. I think it would be better to write the hotel name in parentheses, like Old Ankara Hotel.

It is very close to the president's palace, 1 mall is very close, 2nd one two more malls are not too far away. There is a good park close to the hotel as well

One of the best features of the hotel is the keycard system — you can only access your assigned floor and the first floor, where the reception is located (from there, you can easily walk to the breakfast and spa areas)

Good hotel for a couple nights stay. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are big, very clean and comfortable and offer excellent views of the city.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at so far! I arrived at the hotel around 5 AM, and fortunately (thank you for the receptionist who attended me), they had a room available for early check-in (for half the price)

The breakfast? I highly recommend booking a room with breakfast included! It’s a buffet with an extensive selection—mains, soups, and desserts change daily. They also have pies, cheeses, breads, cereals, and so much more

I have stayed here quite a few times. The location, the facilities and services are top notch. I love their scrumptious breakfasts. The big wide balconies and the view from them are spectacular!

The personnel tried it best and was well responsive. The location is close to city center.

I had a very nice stay there and have a nice experience too. My laundry was hung at the balcony and who knows the strong wind blew them all off. The security man there really help me to look for all my clothes

Not a bad hotel with a good location near the pedestrian street. Breakfasts are excellent, tasty with a good choice. The only minus is that the pool could be cleaner (compare with other hotels).

I like the place - nearly Abay street. Also I was surprised that there is no aid kit and pills in the hotel. When I asked staff pills for headache they answer that I only can go to a pharmacy

We were happy with the Room Cleaniness, Team cleaned on daily basis without giving any reminders. The staff here is lovely which is good thing. Overall we liked our stay and hope to return back in future

We stayed for 2 nights. On the 2nd day, the electricity was shut down twice in the afternoon and in the night time at 2.00 am until the morning. We sleep without aircon for almost 7 hours. It was our bad experience here.

I found Uzbeks much friendlier The gym room didn’t have a mat for weights so a tiny bit of noise from the weight would be frowned upon The room was quite dated as it was built over 30 years ago

There is a large commercial center opposite the hotel. The breakfast is very good, the room is comfortable and clean, the bathroom is OK, but there are relatively few elevators and the room is relatively small

The 30 sqm is very good and the city view is wonderful, opposite is a shopping mall that closed to the hotel. House keeper done the work very well
