Little Shangri-La Mini-hotel

Unfortunately, the hotel owner behaved in bad faith. We rented a hotel for three weeks from September 22 to October 14, paying the entire amount at once. Plus there was an additional charge for animals. Naturally, we were not given any checks. On the third or fourth day we were warned that we would be moving out of the hotel before the end of the first week, because we were looking for an apartment to rent. The hostess promised over the phone that there were no problems and would return the amount for the remaining period, but for this she asked to cancel the hotel reservation on booking. We did it. We found an apartment and moved out on the 6th day after moving in. They left the keys in the room door, because neither the administrator nor the owner were in the hotel. We were notified about this by WhatsApp message. The next day, of course, they sent us a complaint that we had clogged the toilet. When leaving, it was in good order. When we asked to come and see why this happened, we were first agreed upon a meeting time, but then the owner did not come to the hotel. From that moment on, she completely ignored both calls and messages. Even if hypothetically the problem was ours, we first offered to find a solution. I would also like to see a calculation for solving the “breakdown”. As a result, only part of the remaining amount was returned to us. They promised to return another payment in the near future. But they didn’t return it, without motivating it in any way. This has been going on for three weeks now: calls and messages are not being answered. It’s a pity for money, but it will be earned, but reputation and dignity are lost instantly. I don't recommend going to this place. Unfortunately, the owner is not worthy of those wonderful people with whom my wife and I have already managed to meet through work in wonderful Almaty.
