Very good location! Friendly and very helpful staff - they are such good and honest people - I left my IPad in the hotel room and they kept it for me! When I returned from Krygstan after a week they handed back to me in perfect condition! Thank you Etkin and Kaiser

I chose this hotel for my trip, and overall, I found its location to be excellent. It's very close to the Ascension Cathedral and the Central Mosque, making it particularly convenient for a walk to see them, especially during evening prayer times. The front desk service generally met my expectations, and the facilities were all functional. The room provided complimentary bottled water, disposable slippers, and a toothbrush. While the room itself was a bit small, it was impeccably clean and completely free of any smoke smell. Accommodation in this area can be quite expensive, so opting for a double room with breakfast included offers good value.

Staffs are so unfriendly, I arrived late and they were busy with playing games on their phones.

The drainage of the bathroom is a little blocked and toilet is a bit dirty and smelly.

Location is good , other than that I can’t think of anything positive.

The room very spacious. The bed is comfy. This hotel does not have elevator.So it very hard for traveller with huge luggage.the receptionist told us that they will help carried your luggage and when it arrive at our room, they are like forcing us to pay tips.The WC does not have bidet.The wifi does not function well. Not very good experience to stay there.

The room was really small, similar to what you'd find in a basic guesthouse in China. Plus, they required an RMB 800 deposit for two rooms. After traveling for so long, this is the only hotel that has ever asked for a deposit. A word of advice: when you check in, take pictures of everything in the mini-fridge under the TV. When I checked out, they tried to charge me for items I supposedly consumed. I also had a feeling someone entered my room while I was out; the mini-fridge door was slightly ajar when I returned, but I didn't pay much attention to whether anything was missing because I didn't even know there was a mini-fridge when I first arrived. It wasn't a lot of money, but it left a really bad taste in my mouth.
