The hotel is out of the city in a very calm place and on the road to the ski slops of Shymbulak

The best guest house we have stayed in for aaaaaages! So warm (in spirit and temperature), good security, free airport pickup and drop off, Vladimir is HILARIOUS and his son is so friendly and speaks good English

The most favorite place in the city, the rooms are very cozy and beautiful style, the food is delicious, the baths and pools are excellent, the minus is that this year in the winter they closed 2 pools, I don’t know if they will last the whole winter, but it’s cold to run from the pool to the Russian bathhouse, because the neighboring pools are closed

The pools were so crowded that there was barely any sunbed to move, and all the sunbeds were fully occupied. Secondly, I noticed exposed electrical cables around some of the lighting fixtures near the pools

The flooring around the pools should either be replaced with a non-slip surface or treated with a proper anti-slip solution to prevent accidents. Some of the pools, especially the VIP pool area, were not clean

On my previous visits I did not have a stroller, but this time we came with our baby. There are no ramps, lifts, or proper accessible paths for strollers or guests with disabilities to reach the pool areas

This may have been due to the large number of visitors, but cleanliness should never be compromised, regardless of how busy the facility is. The biggest disappointment for us was accessibility

This is my second time using YourHouse's hospitality and I'm completely satisfied
