The host is very nice! He is very enthusiastic to help us solve the problem! The environment is also very good, like a resort. I will come again next time.
We didn't have breakfast, but the guest house was very nice and prepared a box of food for us instead

Good location, close to the city and mountains and a river nearby. I liked everything, breakfasts in the morning and a cozy house. In the garden there is a yurt with full decoration.
The hotel is clean and cozy, like home. A taxi can't get close to the house - you have to walk 50 meters to the barrier or ask to open it remotely
For those who want to get a good night's sleep! They greet you perfectly! They help you solve problems, and feed you well beforehand. I checked into this hotel again - last year I was here for almost a week
I liked: the meeting, the good breakfast, it's very quiet. It's convenient to get to Shymbulak - no traffic jams in the morning up the mountain and back in the evening, almost no traffic jams
Feb2025: the team at the hotel are amazing, very nice and helpful. The bathroom was not very convenient as the sink is out of the toilet and shower because it is very small, but doable
The hotel is out of the city in a very calm place and on the road to the ski slops of Shymbulak

The best guest house we have stayed in for aaaaaages! So warm (in spirit and temperature), good security, free airport pickup and drop off, Vladimir is HILARIOUS and his son is so friendly and speaks good English
The free airport transfer made navigating from airport to the guesthouse a hassle free experience. Definitely high value for the price!

Basically owner hates tourist and love tourist money. Room is good and clean, toilet is extremely small. Location is far from city centre. Quiet but curtains are transparent, will get bright after 6am

The bathhouse is still more suitable for a group of one house - it’s quite cramped for two and the relaxation room heats up very quickly and becomes stuffy
The arrangements and communication in advance were very pleasant and all our questions were answered. Since we don't have a car ourselves, we were picked up by a driver at a meeting point and driven to the accommodation
