Amazing place. Great ambience and nature. For a wellness resort though they lack healthy and vegan/veg food options. Need more of those
Wonderful hotel but check in time must be respected by the hotel as we got checked in at 5:20 pm instead of 03:00 pm .
The place is very nice but far from all destinations has very nice restaurants
Probably the worst Swiss I was staying in so far. Cons: Poor breakfast, level of service and amenities is barely a 4 star. Super slow stuff, you have to ask many times for same things with no response , stuff wasn’t very friendly, we didn’t felt welcomed. No spoons in a room , we asked for bathrobe for a child and didn’t get one in 2 days. Very small kids club for such a big hotel. Pros: Beautifully...
The hotel was very affordable with very good breakfast. Near a shopping center as well.

The location is pretty good, near lots if restaurants and metro station. Easy to get the cabs. Walking distance to the opera house and city center. The room is big and the bathroom is clean. The only weak point us the air condition which is too old to cool down.
The room is not big, which is the common situation of most hotels in Almaty. But the room facilities are good. It is not as shabby as many hotels, but magnificent. There is a large community in front of the hotel with very good greenery. You can take a walk in the evening.
I was a little skeptical at first, thinking it would be old. In the end, I booked it because of the location. Overall, I am satisfied. Generally, airline crews will choose hotels for their stay, so they won't be too bad. It's not far from the cable car station, about a 20-minute walk. It's also not far from the Cathedral, a 15-18-minute walk. I am a bit picky. The facilities are acceptable and clean...
Hotel is conveniently located and there is a 24-hour bar which is good to have business discussions within the hotel at any time of the day. 
The location is very good, in a quiet place in the city center. Just over 1 km walk to the north is the Ascension Cathedral and 28 Warriors Park, about 1 km walk to the west and south is the Central Museum, and less than 1 km walk to the east and south is the Peak Tram Station. Best hotel to stay in Almaty. Reasonable price for 5 stars with a variety of breakfast. Spa facilities were great - the hotel pool, sauna and jacuzzi were amazing!

Good location, a short walk to the city. The room is smaller than I thought. The room is quite small, but the bathroom is big. The problem is that the water doesn't flow down the drain, making the floor wet. The bathroom door can't be closed. The advantage is the location and good breakfast. Other things, I think they still need to be improved.
Hotel location is very good, easy access. Some tourists attractions just walking 5 - 10 minutes. 2 km to Almaty central mosque
Location was good. Confortable bed.
Everything is good. Good location, clean and 24 front but the staff is quite unfriendly. When i ask about things to make sure, they seem like annoying
It was great location with excellent customer service, but breakfast was average.
Front desk staffs are helpful to any enquiry and  made arrangements for our transportation to the airport 👍 The cleaning crew is very responsive ( especially one middle aged lady , a bit plump). Probably our room is located at the end and hidden behind the corridor ( room no 5014) , they probably have missed. We requested her to clean the room and job accomplished 👍👍  The only setback is the bad smells...

We were a group of 9 booking 3 rooms and had a wonderful stay. Rooms and bathrooms were massive, kitchen facilities available to cook for children, the spa was amazing! staff were courteous and willing to help, we liked the location too - close to soo many amazing restaurants, supermarkets, the cathedral and green bazaar. All in all - great stay, would definitely come back here.
The apartments are nice and big, sufficiently furnished, the breakfast leaves a little to be desired! The location is a little far from the center but there are shops and supermarkets very close, few restaurants.
We had early morning checkin because of our inbound flight timing (prior information was left with hotel via email on the same). Checkin was smooth and within 10 minutes we were allotted the rooms. The apartment was big and spacious with one sitting room and open dinning area & kitchen area. Kitchen area had one fridge, micro oven, hotplates, basic cutleries one may need for cooking and one tea coffee...
I'll start with the good: the location is quite nice, easy walking distance to several attractions, and a fairly good supermarket (Magnum) is just across the street. The people working here are also mostly friendly and well-intentioned. The suites are spacious. And the breakfast spread is quite nice for a small hotel like this. Now the not-so-good: The suites are rather poorly and sparsely furnished...
Staff is too less and that too not guest friendly. Communication is also a big problem as no one understand English. Breakfast did have very less option and that too got over before time. No one was there to listen and provide the solution. Positive thing is Rooms were big and Location is also good

The host did an excellent job ! They delivered ice to my room! The breakfast was really bland,however good service made up for that! ....They made effort to accommodate us in English.Overall a nice, decent room.

Excellent hotel near Almaty airport 10 minutes walk. There is a good dining room and not expensive lunch, breakfast and dinner within 800 tenge (~3 $). Also nearby is the fourth center of the airline company Air Astana
Pretty sketchy and totally overpriced. Dont stay unless you have to but fine for crashing between flights. 15 min dark walk from airport but taxis want 2000 Tg to go less than a km. :(
