Hello. When filing a complaint with the Almaty City Police Department in Kazakhstan: From November 25, 2025 to December 02, 2025, we booked a total of 3 standard rooms, 18 dormitories, a total of 24 rooms online, and arrived on the 25th with 22 people. Since the day we arrived, we have repeatedly demanded that the hotel staff return 1 standard room that we requested online. We have made several requests and sent emails. They have not responded. We were also treated very rudely during our stay there. They accused us of stealing for no reason and committed many rude acts that violated human rights. The service staff always treated us rudely, did not clean the room, and did not even give us slippers. We booked online, so we do not know who we are. We came to Almaty from Mongolia as a team to participate in the "Asian Global Cup" hair and makeup competition. I regret choosing this hotel for many reasons. Now I would like to immediately refund the amount I paid online for one standard room. We tried to resolve the issue online when we returned home, but they have not responded to us until today, December 9th. We paid in RMB via Alipay. Now I would like to refund the amount for one standard room. The request email address is shijirshinee6@gmail.com. I made a reservation on Trip.com. The relevant documents are attached below.

I not recommended this Hotel , very old not clean , averything broken , lIft not working , door windows toilet old and broken , terrible experience

The hotel is quite close to the airport, but still takes around 15 mins by taxi. Close to a shopping mall and bus stop. There are hostel rooms and the issue with the hostel is there's only one key for the dorm's door. And the shower booth has no lock, it's only a glass door, so each time someone showers they most likely would lock the main door and so no one can use the toilets at the same time. There's a microwave and a fridge. Breakfast is included and it's generous enough for this price. If you want to experience a more local area then I'd recommend it. Otherwise might as well stay in the city centre since the taxi ride would cost more or less the same time and money to and from the airport.

The room was outdated, but they will clean your room every day (except on weekends).
It was a black-haired receptionist who was nice and kind. When my cellular plug is different from the cord in the room, she gave me the same cord as the one in the room. So I was able to charge my phone. Different from the blonde one.
The location is strategic, and near the airport (it only takes 40 minutes to arrive at the International Airport in traffic)

Location was near the airport. Hotel was nice as there was swimming pool, sauna and massage centre.
Room was a bit out-dated and basic. The air-conditioning (AC) was not working very well and it was a warm night.
But I have to commend the receptionist and technician for helping us to change room when we complained that the AC for the initial room was faulty.
Breakfast was very simple and basic.

I visited Almaty, the old capital of Kazakhstan, for a day. My flight arrived super early, around 2 AM, so I didn't have anywhere to go. I picked this old hotel near the airport for a late check-in and a quick nap. I slept until after 10 AM, then checked out to explore the city for the day. Getting a taxi from the hotel to the city center was very convenient.

Amazing hostel in Almaty. Receptionists can speak English. That’s plus point from this hostel, chinese restaurant and SPA. I ever try other hostel but this one is better and so quiet. Very clean, good breakfast, express laundry and excellent services. Because with hotel so looks luxury.

Close to airport , good access to train station and also bus station in Almaty 1 . Nice surrounding . Maybe a bit far from downtown .
If you getting the hostel you can’t use the main facilities but you get great buffet breakfast . Good for 2 night stay not more.
