The owner was very lovely and welcoming. The room was clean. Unfortunately, we arrived late and didn't get to take any photos of the surroundings. We left early in the morning to rush to Big Almaty. We didn't have breakfast, but the guest house was very nice and prepared a box of food for us instead. Very lovely!

The bathroom was not very convenient as the sink is out of the toilet and shower because it is very small, but doable. I stayed here at the beginning and end of my two weeks Central Asia trip. The owner Valdimir and his parents are very nice, love the breakfast, spacious room and very clean bathroom. The free airport transfer made navigating from airport to the guesthouse a hassle free experience. Definitely high value for the price!

The most favorite place in the city, the rooms are very cozy and beautiful style, the food is delicious, the baths and pools are excellent, the minus is that this year in the winter they closed 2 pools, I don’t know if they will last the whole winter, but it’s cold to run from the pool to the Russian bathhouse, because the neighboring pools are closed. Bad, unmotivated and poorly organized service everywhere. Have received an eye roll more than once when asked completely normal questions, such as placing an order, paying an invoice, etc. However, the facility is very beautiful and is constantly well maintained. we did not stay at the hotel. We were just here for the banyas, steam rooms and pools. The place is amazing. It was snowy, but overcast. Sadly, mountains weren't visible the day we were here, but, nonetheless, it was a wonderful experience. So many different kinds of saunas and indoor and outdoor pools and jacuzzis of various temperatures. The place was amazing.
