THIS IS A SCAM. We booked a room and we got beds in the dorms. We got beds in two different rooms with other people (6-person and 4-person rooms). The owner wouldn't help us to solve this problem.
This offer is a scam and such things should not be accepted. As I saw in the comments, it also happened to others.
I wouldn't stay there but we didn't have any other options. The next day we went to a different place.
If that wasn't enough the owner came to the room in the middle of the night turn on the light and talk loudly

Worst hostel experience I have ever had. When we finally found the entrance to the appartement, the very rude host almost kicked us out, despite us having booked appropriately.

She gave us a room after an hour of discussing (very difficult since she doesn’t speak a word English).

She allowed us to park our car in the residence area. But then in the middle of the night she rudely storms in our room to move our car a couple of blocks away… Without any apology or explanation.

In the morning we wanted to get out as quickly as possible, when she suddenly blocked the front door and ordered us to pay 1500 KZT more then the amount we already paid…

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOSTEL, ESPECIALLY FOR NON RUSSIAN SPEAKING PEOPLE.

At the certain moment she was even mimicking our english words… The Rudeness of this woman is unheard of… Thank god the other guests of the hostel helped us out.

Rooms, toilets, and kitchen were clean but the receptionist seemed a little bit scammy to us. We had a reservation (4 people/10 000 KZT) but there was no free room for us after we arrived so we should sleep on the ground in a living room. Firstly they asked for 14 000 KZT and later they wanted yet another 3000 KZT (so the difference 7000 KZT from the original price). We run out and had to search for another hostel at 1 AM morning. Really bad experience.

We booked a room for 4 for 10 000 KZT on booking. They didnt have this room and offered us one bed in one room, one in another and 2 in common room on the sofa and asked for 18 000 instead for 10 000 KZT. English speaking staff declared in booking info was not there. Had to search another hostel during midnight. Reception is inaccessible if you dont call them which is pain unless you have local sim card and can speak local language. Overall very bad experience.

The price asked in the hostel was almost 2 times higher than what was agreed on booking. The staff was was really bad and did not speak english (as promised on booking). Leaving the hostel at 1am after this disagreement was our best decision yet!

My worst hostel experience I have ever had. First, you can hardly find the hostel. There is no sign, no open door and you have to call them. But we didn't have sim card so we had to ask somebody for the call in 11:20 PM. When we finally cross the door elevators didn't work and we had to go to 9th floor on the stairs with heavy luggages.
Then super unpleasant old lady told us that we can't have room which we ordered because it's almost full. But we were tired, it was very late so we agreed with being in the service room on the ground.
Then another shock came. Price wasn't 10k kgz for 4 people as it was settled in our order on booking. They wanted to get 18k. Staff didn't come with any real solution, they didn't want to get us better price and they didn't even say sorry. So we have decided to leave. I never had this bad experience with any hostel. I totally don't recommend this hostel with ultra rude staff. We went to Sky hostel and our experience was much better than here
