I stayed here at the beginning and end of my two weeks Central Asia trip. The owner Valdimir and his parents are very nice, love the breakfast, spacious room and very clean bathroom. The free airport transfer made navigating from airport to the guesthouse a hassle free experience. Definitely high value for the price!

Everything happened at the booking stage. In the reviews (which is very strange, ALL positive) all visitors wrote that “the owner is so wonderful, and meets and escorts everyone from the station/airport, and to the station/airport. It is often stated that a free transfer is provided. And what's the result? When I booked a room and asked about organizing a transfer, they mockingly answered me: “the best transfer is Yandex taxi!” My dears, I know this perfectly well even without you! It’s not a problem to spend 2k tenge on Yandex, the problem is such a toxic attitude and incorrect display of the services provided. And also in the reviews, which, apparently, are written by the owners themselves. Ugliness.

The best guest house we have stayed in for aaaaaages! So warm (in spirit and temperature), good security, free airport pickup and drop off, Vladimir is HILARIOUS and his son is so friendly and speaks good English. They have a really quiet and lovely house, with good shashylyk places nearby. It is about a 15-20 minute walk to town on the flat. 100% recommended!!!

Spacious rooms with balcony and comfortable leather sofa and chair with desks, shelves, and refrigerator. Bedding is luxe! Hosts serve breakfast on porcelain: sausage, eggs, salad, bread, yogurt, homemade pastry, potato pancakes, coffee or tea. Free airport shuttle. Family run business with exceptional hospitality!
