We booked accommodation for the weekend on Wednesday, well in advance. The reservation was free, but the owner asked us to transfer funds to our card to confirm the reservation, sending us both Russian and Kazakh bank details.
We transferred a prepayment, but it turned out we'd made a mistake and the daily payment was calculated as the entire stay. After discovering the error, they asked for a refund, as we still had three days until check-in. They asked us to cancel the reservation, after which they promised to refund the money. We said "pay first, then cancel," and the owner agreed. Ultimately, he didn't return the money, and now when we contact him, he tells us to contact Booking.com support, even though he accepted the payments on his personal cards. If you don't want to lose money, don't transfer any prepayments to these owners. They behave like scammers; they take money and don't return it.

Rooms for 3. One bathroom for two rooms. Prices are reasonable. It's bad that there is no payment for half a day.
