Premier Inn Hotel in Astana

Had to walk too much to this hotel from another because of transport apps while trip,com was 30% more expensive then website. Thought of relaxing my body from pain of a massage: instead worst strategic conspired discrimination to injure and ridicule received from everyone in hotel and near .

Superficial hotel that “ looks good” but delusional pretentious intent to injure from language discrimination and vulnerabilities. Every type of discrimination were after received in the hotel including money, skin color, religion and more. fever swollen hurt from food or drinks poison or contradiction of phones, insults and accusations from staff with guests inflicting technology hurt.

hidden devices or manipulation of tech too much in the hotel or room: fever and swollen pain in the room of punches hurt were more received with provoked of problems to implicate or incriminate.:

I was exploited of more than 30000 Kazak Tenge after his hotel through conspired accusations from groups and suffer problems from (transport, taxi and others, phone) and political oppression from religion and countries once after. However these occurred too many times with Trip,com at many places and years prior when paid direct to same hotel in different country. Perhaps there are vengeance or corruptive greed of hate crimes to me from this hotel and felt more now

My room was in 5th floor, there was not elevator. It is so bad,
And breakfast service is not good, too slowly.
Location is not good

just arrived at the reception a young lady has been very very very very very rude! no english spoken , bad manners, nervous attitude! a terrible situation! never happened before in my life! No elevator!! in a kind of basement entrance snd steep stairs! 5 floors full of baggage and no help from everybody at the reception .. they preferred watching tv lie down on chairs! they say 4 stars.. RIDICULOUS! it s barely a 2 stars average in Europe! not in the center, no breakfast! TV remote control often did not work, no english program. no coffee for kettle!  unsatisfied 100%

Very dirty hotel, employee can't speak english and very bad attitude, should keep away from this hotel, terrible experience. Very unfriendly employee and dirty place.
