Royal M Hotel in Astana

A very classy hotel. The staff is just awesome. The rooms are clean.

We chose the nearest hotel for work - it turned out to be a great place!
1. Linen is clean and ironed - a rarity for such a price (usually stretched and ironed with steam ironed)
2. The corridors are clean, cleaners constantly meet during the day, the rooms are also cleaned.
3. The hot water in the shower needs to run a little, the temperature is a little not constant, but the plumbing itself is new.
4. Breakfast included. During the day, in the evening, you can have a satisfying and inexpensive meal - home-cooked food is warmed up.
5. I can’t say about air conditioners, but in winter, batteries that are regulated by airflow and temperature are worth it. They heat up quickly and are great in cold weather.
6. Choose rooms on the opposite side of the road - the noise from the cars is constant. Also in the single room it is quite light at night from the outside sign.

Despite the incident with one of the three administrators, the impressions are positive. By finishing inside, you can’t say that the hotel is more than 4 years old, I thought they had just recently opened. The owner and staff are great - they keep the institution at a high level.
