Terrible service
Do not book a room on the first floor!
Because of the sauna on the ground floor which operates until very morning — people are screaming karaoke and you can hear everything. The receptionist, a girl with dyed hair, just shrugs, like, "Well, they paid for it." I ended up not getting any sleep, even though it was a business trip, which requires to have a proper rest
If this happens to you, just call the cops right away
They fine you for dirtying a towel. But they can't clean the road so your bags or shoes don't get dirty. And they don't provide napkins or any kind of cloth for cleaning personal items.
I don't recommend this hotel at all.
