I checked in guests from October 11-16 and paid 324,000 tenge for 2 people.
After staying for a day, my guests from South Korea wanted to check out. Due to:
1. The staff does not speak English, I was a translator
2. Breakfast without a buffet table (a couple of scrambled eggs and a couple of toasts, no fruits, juices, etc. Although they write 4 stars
3. The smell in the room is smoky, although they say the rooms are for non-smoking guests
4. The staff is not friendly
5. No gym
Although they claim 4 stars, maximum 1.5 stars is my rating
When I asked for a refund, the manager Amir refused to do it for the reason
booking through hotels.com, in the end I lost 216,000 tenge
...
Even after losing 216,000 tenge, I still moved out,
because the most terrible hotel and staff I have ever met.
As a result, they told me if I don’t like anything, go to court.
Surprised is not the right word. I hope the hotel reads this review. And draw conclusions
