Good not pricey hotel. No big concerns

A single bouquet was prepared for a double reservation. The room was dirty and dirty. The internet was terrible. I checked in at 3:00 AM and they wanted $20 for a late check-out. The breakfast was inadequate. I do not recommend it.

I stayed at a hotel to rest during a long layover.
Result:
1. The hot water was turned off in the morning and wouldn't be turned back on.
2. The power went out for 30 minutes.
3. They couldn't provide a second blanket overnight because the storage area was closed.
The staff kindly explained that the water and power issue wasn't specific to the hotel, but to the area. BUT, a backup generator and hot water system are essential. At least to be able to take a shower in the spa area or elsewhere.
The location is quite far from the airport by local standards and from the main attractions.
Overall, there were no issues with the staff.
Result:

Everything would be fine, but when you book and pay in advance, and then you fly in to relax, and they can't find your reservation, and you're stuck at the counter instead of sleeping...

Very friendly and efficient receptionists. The hotel offers good value for money. The breakfast is good and the pool is super clean.

Very nice hotel, with well decorated, quiet, and very clean rooms. Very friendly, English speaking staff, always willing to help. Very good buffet breakfast, with a big variety of choices. Also, has a nice heated swimming pool, a small gym, and a sauna! All these included in a very reasonable price!
It's a little bit far from the center of the city, compared to other (much more expensive) hotels, but there's a bus station in front of the hotel, and of course many taxis to use.
The hotel also offers very good WiFi in all of it's areas, even in the swimming pool!

The hotel is excellent. Convenient location, there is a parking lot under the barrier.
Slippers, brushes, hair dryer, shower gel are available in the room. On the floor there is an iron with an ironing board. At the reception they offered to exchange the room from two single beds for one double bed, we did not refuse.
Breakfast buffet, the choice is not big, but there is something to choose from and tasty food.
Water is left in the room, and there is also a cooler on the 1st floor, you can always pour it into your bottle.
There is a heated pool, in the morning the water is cool, but by lunchtime it warms up. There is a billiard table (for an additional fee)
