Stayed a couple of days in February Rooms felt less vintage and more “worn out and dirty” The water did not work when we arrived but they told us they will fix it soon, still not fun when you needed to wash up after a flight The breakfast was pretty meh but that is expected However it did the job still

It's a very silent and cosy place in the heart of old Riga city. The beautiful fountain in the yard, where the outside terrace is working for summers, gives you relax. Nice place to spend working day evening with friends or colleagues. And the bar has happy hour everyday from 6pm-8pm with delicious cocktails ;)

Seemingly "quaint" experience turned into a dislike when the bed for the Suite was probably the worst I've slept on in a long time. So bad my wife had to sleep on the floor it hurt so much. There was a electric noise that went off every 2 minutes that kept us up all night! Mentioned it to the staff in the morning along with additional blanks and pillows. They did absolutely nothing. We came back.. no pillows, no blankets, nobody had checked the noise. We mentioned it yet again.. assured somebody would check.. went to dinner, came back. Nothing. Ended up switching with the other person in the group. Just really uncaring staff that didn't give 2 hoots about our comfort. It is walking distance to the downtown area which made it the biggest plus. The downside was an awful bed and an unresponsive staff.

The hotel was supposed to be 4 stars, but it actually doesn't. Not only rooms are small and the atmosphere of them is dirty, but the staff, I sure they don't have any preparation or training in hospitality services and attitudes. When I told the waiter that there was no more coffee in the machine, in good manner, he angrily told me, "ok". After check out we need to wait for 15 minutes to take our way to the station, and personal told us "you can only stay 5 minutes". Absolutely terrible service and attention.

Good service. Good people. However too sometime too few of them. Sometime one person served all at breakfast. A bed we got was broken.

Very helpful and friendly staff, room has a bit of a character which is always a plus and a very enjoyable breakfast.

Ideal location for exploring Riga. Comfortable and clean room. Good choice at breakfast. Staff helpful.

Expensive and the state wants the best. All in a deplorable state.

02.07.2020 Maksim

Minibar is not complete. To make up did not become , but the money was not deducted. The Breakfast crockery was not enough. The rooms are a strange shape. Plumbing leak.

02.07.2020 Anastasiya

Not a bad hall, stairs preserved the style, but the rooms are very small and with a failed plan. Towels are grey, although once was white. But the service on top! Although the hotel is not ready for a full load of food and not enough..
