I am writing to share a serious incident that occurred during my recent stay at [Hotel Name], which has raised significant concerns about the safety and conduct of the hotel staff.

On Sunday, November 30, 2025, at approximately 5:00 AM, I experienced a physical assault by a member of the hotel staff while attempting to park my car in the garage, for which I had already paid for four days. This aggressive behavior was not only unprofessional but also unacceptable for the hospitality industry.

As I approached the reception to resolve the issue with the staff member, I was attacked. My jacket was torn during the altercation, and I felt unsafe remaining in the hotel. Consequently, I contacted the police to ensure my safety.

After the incident, I returned to the receptionist to explain what had happened. I made multiple requests for them to contact the hotel manager, emphasizing the urgency of the situation. Unfortunately, my requests were denied, and I was told to wait for the police.

Additionally, I sought a refund for my reservation due to the distressing experience, but the receptionist informed me that I would need to fill out a form and that processing a refund would take two weeks.

Given this experience and the apparent lack of security and support from the hotel staff, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. I am also taking legal action against the hotel to address this incident.

I hope that this report serves as a wake-up call for the management to improve staff training, security measures, and customer care.
