Love this well appointed hotel. Great breakfasts and wonderful service. We booked the smallest room, and it was small but well appointed with a clean, new bathroom and an opening window with good views of the boulevard

I even tried to find the pillow source to have it shipped, but no luck. Breakfast had great variety and dining room was comfortable. Windows had good sound insulation so no problem with the tram below

Very welcoming and the location was perfect. Right by the bus station and the old town and it's amazing night life. Lift is a bit slow! The room we had was huge. Apparently it can be tram noisy but I didn't hear a thing

Lovely renovated hotel located close to old town, farmers market and art nouveau area. In my 40 years of travel I haven't encountered as wonderful pillow and bedding

Espresso machine in the room and a fluffy bathrobe were wonderful extras. Great find! Will look for other eurostars

Finally a hotel that gets it! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and as soon as you enter you feel like a guest and not a customer. There is always someone to help at the reception, and beverages and cookies ready to take

They had already took bags to our room. On way out our flight was in the evening and we booked the hotel car for airport transfer. We went to reception to get our bags. And they were out waiting for us

Nice hotel, nice aesthetics , very helpful and nice staffs , good breakfast, jaccuzzi ,sauna and steam was nice but had to pay to rent the robe, clean room, worth every penny, the hotel is about 25 minutes walk from the bus station

CP value extremely high. Sauna and steam room and jacuzzi for free, though they could be out of order / cramped.

That way the suggestions are made by locals who will likely recommend things off the beaten path. Just a thought! My only recommendation would be: have a pillow menu for those of us who prefer sturdier pillows

Peaceful hotel in a really beautiful area. We had no view from the junior suite but it was clean, quiet and spacious. The breakfast selection was good but the breakfast buffet was quite crowded each morning

Great hotel situated closer to the Old part of town, also a walking distance to the Art Nouveau and Kronvalda Park. The hotel was quite nice, rooms were clean and staff very friendly and helpful whenever I had any issues

Well, it's a very simple hotel definitely not for a long stay. For a night stay it looks ok. The breakfast is very poor. Prices are ok. If you're looking for a budget hotel, this can be a good choice.

In summary, the hotel is worth its price, but breakfast is not recommended. 50 and only includes a pre-prepared set — a croissant, roll, small portion of jam, cereal, milk, coffee and juice

Despite its visible age, the rooms are clean. The 24-hour reception is a plus. You probably won’t find a cheaper hotel in the area near Riga’s city center

Breakfast had a very reasonable selection and good coffee. Overall an excellent stay especially value for money

The only negative is although the hotel location is great, directly opposite there are a number of bars and particularly on the Friday night it was extremely loud and to pretty late (our room admittedly was directly opposite so may not be quite so loud elsewhere in hotel) however the hotel pre-empt this and provide ear plugs which was really efficient of them and did the job fine

stayed here three nights on recent trip to riga check in was prompt and efficient we had a suite on the third floor. comprised of two large rooms and a nice sized bathroom. was ok bed was large and comfortable

Overall the rooms were very good and I appreciated having a bath in the room. The hotel itself was also pretty comfortable and the breakfast was excellent for its selection and taste

The hotel is centrally located in the old town which is ideal for sightseeing. Easy check-in and shown straight to the room which was large and spacious

Clean and comfortable although could do with an extra pillow on each bed. Tea and coffee supplies along with a kettle. Bathroom compact but perfectly good, excellent shower

Didn’t try the restaurant as there didn’t appear much vegetarian choice however many restaurants nearby. Don’t forget your costume as there is spa also available

The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quite clean and newly refurbished however there were too many basic errors and design choices / management choices that are not up to the level of the other 5 star hotels in Riga

Staff were excellent and very kind + professional. Facilities were very clean and modern. Location was perfect. Fitness suite is quite small but has all essential equipment and is fine for a quick workout.

I have travelled to more than one hundred countries and stayed in numerous hotels. Neiburgs is one of my favorites. It is located just behind the Riga Cathedral and is convenient to the old town sites

The room is air-conditioned which would be needed given the unusual heat they are expecting this summer. If you'd like to stay in the old town, it will be a good option

We are roadtripping in Baltics and have experienced many nice hotels in all the three countries. This definitely was the best hotel! Really loved the design, service, food and gym + sauna.

In addition to the standard baby crib provided probably in most hotels they also had a baby bathtub, a potty, some shampoos/lotions for kids, a changing sheet and wet wipes, which I haven't come across in other hotels we've stayed at (mind you, we don't choose family friendly hotels, so things might be a bit different in hotels specifically aimed at families with kids)

The only downside for me personally were the motion sensor activated lights in the bathroom, which kept going off several times during the shower/bathing procedures so you had to open the door in pitch black and step outside to activate the lights once again

Decent enough hotel located not too faraway from the old town area of Riga. Breakfast included with the room and taken in a good sized room downstairs, alongside the hotels own 'pub'

The hotel is located a 13 minute walk to the bus and train station and the central market is even nearer. It’s also not too far to the old town. Room was good for the rate paid

Excellent free private sauna, nice historic decor, great individualized breakfast.

Staff were great and very helpful. Room was good only bad but was the taps in the shower which were difficult to turn off properly. Breakfast was lovely. Even had umbrellas in the foyer; very handy

The location is very central to the sites of Riga's old town and there are some very good restaurants nearby. There are quite a few convenience stores and souvenir shops nearby but they close fairly early

We booked the twin room and had a pleasant stay and the room was quiet enough to get a good night's rest despite the bars nearby. The beds were comfy but the pillows were a little thin

This lovely hotel located in the old town, walking distance to most of the tourist sights. They had laundry facility at level 4 with a payment of EUR 4. There had lot of cafes and restaurants around them

This hotel was incredibly convenient, located just behind the Blackhead House in the Old Town, and very close to the airport bus stop

The variety and quality was beyond my expectations and something I never eat in hotels are the deserts but in this hotel they had some very well balanced taste creamy proteinous pures of at least three types

This is a historic hotel in the very center of the city. We didn’t expect funky, shiny rooms, but rather an authentic atmosphere. However, the hotel could benefit from better quality mattresses

Our booking confirmation noted that the check-in desk was only staffed until 10 PM, so we were worried when our plane was delayed by 7 hours and we arrived at 5 AM
