The hotel room was spacious. We booked a family room, which was perfect for two adults and one child. The breakfast offered a wide variety of nutritious options, and you could choose what you liked, including freshly cooked noodles and soup. From our room, we had a view of the famous Petronas Twin Towers.

I find service n attention to customer is dropping a bit everytime i come here. It is perfect location for my needs but there are always issues. This time cleaning has not been a priority n the first room i got has been trash tray bad. Changed immediately tbh but not without saying that no upgrade would have been given (never requested for it)

This is 4 star hotel but i feel like 5 star hotel. The check-in process was smooth with 5 receptionist counter. The staff also polite. The room also clean upon arrival.
The breakfast was superb and adequate to start your day. The choice are many and the taste of food also delicious especially vegetable soup and fried rice. The staff at restaurant was superfast in collecting used plate.
There almost zero bad things in this hotel, maybe you can complain about the old furniture. But for me, it still look good. Worth visit, will come again soon.

Booked this hotel for my family. It's a great hotel, convenient for everything. The breakfast was very rich and varied. I highly recommend staying here. Even though it's an older hotel and some facilities are a bit dated, the quality is still top-notch.

Even though the facilities are a bit old, the room was very clean. The front desk service was also very warm and welcoming, and the breakfast had a great variety. It's also very close to Jalan Alor and the Petronas Towers. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Location is amazing. Centrally located and almost direct access to train station. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. However, rooms and facilities are alittle rustic.

This is an older, upscale hotel with an excellent location. It's just a 10-minute walk to the Petronas Towers. There are two supermarkets nearby for convenient shopping, and a fantastic durian specialty store. Compared to other hotels in the area, it offers great value for money.

An upmarket Japanese restaurant in KL. Came here for lunch as the set lunch provided is worth for the price paid. Everything is good especially the sashimi is thick and very fresh too. The staffs are very friendly and attentive too.

Zipangu . Super Dining operates under the Nadaman Group of Japan. They have a fantastic menu of Japanese cuisine and fusion foods.

Not a bad place to try out. But there are many other French restaurants in town to compare with these days. Hence, Lafite would need to up their game a bit.

Great view, good for first timers. Nice ambiance for family. Price a lot! It costs about 220 ringgits. New year Eve price was at c. 888, have to book early, food variety is decent but the taste in general was OKAYish (you must be thinking what?), that's how felt. Interestingly, I took my family on Jan/01, tried for a walk-in lunch but didn't get slots..so ended up in the North Indian &Mugalai cuisine near the ticket counter on the same floor ( next to the Pizza restaurant) and found the food quality much beyond decent. They we're quick. Food for 5 adults (including 3 of us less than 30years) and it costed us 225!

The view is absolutely fantastic and the slow rotation makes it even better. Service was good, however the food is mediocre and unworthy of the location, it's the sort of buffet you'd expect from your average hotel breakfast or food court. This place deserves (much) better.

Visited here for Hi-Tea (3:30 PM to 5:30 PM), Desserts are tasty, Coffee & Tea or so so.. Over all ambiance is very nice. Worth visiting.

Unique experience and highest restaurant in Malaysia. Worth to try. Varieties of continental and local favourite dishes. Price is on higher side but your memorable experience will compensate that.

Stunning views in a nice setting. Book the 18:30 setting and you get to see the city change from day to night. The selection of food is impressive and the quality good. The only downsides are the excited people running between tables to get the best photo and the crowds on the way to the elevator. Wee worth doing in a group or as a couple.
